This restaurant/cafe is outstanding! Their cuisine is a mix between Texas and Columbia. Located inside of Northern New Mexico College, we weren’t sure what to expect (thinking it might just be a college cafeteria food), but we were wrong! Their chicken strips basket and French toast were outstanding! The ranch dressing served with the chicken strips was thick and delicious! The coffee is from their family farm in Columbia and tasted incredible! Only recommendation we had was to make sure they have signage helping people to find where they’re at in the college (which they’re already working on). Lastly, their service had a warmth to it that we would rate it above 5 stars if we could. Don’t miss out on this place!!
