Had the taste for some Mayberry banana split I only live one minute from the restaurant one of them literally no toppings the ice cream melted I tried to call back and the guy who answered the phone just hung up the phone poor Customer Service people shouldn’t have to be treated like that I will never ever ever ever refer anyone to go to this place. The customer service sucks. I can’t save for all the employees there but for the one individual it really sucks.

Clean place, not a lot of decorations or anything and had a lot of different style of seating to choose from. Everything was good, my husband had rhe patty melt and it just had too much butter on it. We both had fries and they were good. We had a banana split for desert and it had way too many nuts on jt.

Small quaint nostalgic restaurant in High Point, North Carolina. If you want good ice cream and hot dogs this is your spot. The orangeade is delicious and brings back a sense of the soda shops of the 1950’s and 1960’s. They have plenty of booths and tables for large groups and the wait staff is friendly and gives a great neighborhood feel.

We only go for ice cream Sundays. They are ok. They use Hershey brand ice cream. Service is hit or miss. It’s a bit dated styling. We have never had the food. But the senior citizens are always packed in there.

Be glad there’s no technology to add smells to these pictures of the men’s room. My wife said the women’s is just as gross, asking if I’d ever tried to pee while standing up… I have her a funny look at that question… Remember, the people preparing and serving your food use these restrooms!
Service was actually good, however the actual food, no so much. The fries tasted like they had been cooked 20 minutes ahead of time, barely warm to the touch. The fried chips were mostly brown and overcooked with most of them clumped together into one large ball. The flat bread on my sandwich was cooked so crisp and hard you couldn’t bite into it without squeezing the filling out. My wife said she could hardly taste any bacon on her grilled cheese with bacon sandwich.
Overall a very disappointing meal, followed by the disgusting, smelling bathrooms.

Service was great and the food was awesome! The restaurant was clean and neat. My daughter and I split a Reuben sandwich. Then we both ordered a banana split sundae. Oh! it was wonderful. I definitely recommend!

The ice cream is good . you wont like the side of racism that you get with it . if you come into this establishment and you have any black in your skin they do not want to serve you correctly. The owner commented on my review saying that they got a black owner black people can be just as racist to other black people I said happen all the time all I know is when I came in there with my mother who is a white lady with here mixed daughter me. we sat down we ordered two drinks we sat there for 45 minutes and watched the waitress serve three different white families that came in after us no one ever came over there and asked us what we wanted to eat so we left . And every time I come in there and not ask for ice cream they always ask me is it to go . they don’t want to see my brown skin in store. Not ok they have three black people working in there to make it look like it’s a black friendly place but its not friendly I know what I’m talking about I experienced this firsthand.
