I have eaten at countless McDonald’s nationwide the food at this location is always decent, but today was the first time I’ve ever been denied sauce at the window—even when I had cash ready to pay for it. Ordered drive-thru thru the app, had to wait about 7 minutes just to actually give the code as one of the drive-thru lines was down, then had to wait another 10 ish in the drive-thru waiting spot only to receive some of the greasiest nastiest fries I’ve ever had, along with the wrong sandwich making it completely inedible.

It’s a McDonalds. But the team that worked there were working hard to get the orders out. The place is clean. The team had a good attitude towards the customers.

I walked inside to place an order and what I saw surprised me. With a walker parked behind the McDonalds booth, Mr. G, a local, is playing a crossword puzzle with an McDonald’s employee. You can tell Mr. G comes to this McDonalds often. They laugh and talk life. What’s really cool – is to see several staff members treat him, like their own grandfather.
After seeing this, humanity does have a fighting chance. Thanks for the food and more importantly bringing me hope.

Why are kids running this store? Ordered a simple order and it was still trash. Sweet Tea tasted old not sweetened to standard. Ordered 3 burgers none wrapped probably hanging out of a bag. The sloppiest burgers I’ve ever received. Waited 6 mins at the 2nd window for lukewarm food is crazy. The patties take less than a minute no reason why the food shouldn’t be fresher. Walked in to get a new drink lobby was dirty. Come on McDonald’s do better. You have a brand to uphold.

This is sad. We came to visit family and my son likes McDonalds but this was just not good. We arrived on the dining room and the kiosks would not accept payment and after loading everything we got in a long line, 5 people in front of us, to pay. But, no one was attending the counter. I sat my son down at a table but then I noticed that all the tables were dirty and looked like it had been a while since they were cleaned. We waiting another 7-8 minutes and no one was attended. After 20 minutes total there at the end of a long line with no apparent progress I gave up and went to another. I have never given a 1 star rating but this was just too much.

The slowest McDonald’s in the entire world. Literally will take your order, & then after that you’re stuck in their line forever. Tonight I waited 20 mins after ordering my food just to pay!!!! Then another 8 minutes to actually retrieve my food. With only 3 cars in front of my from the time I got there. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Hate this McDonald’s. Won’t ever be back.

It’s always a problem when I order DoorDash from them; something is always missing. I called this one time to request a refund, and the manager was incredibly rude and hung up on me twice. Completely disrespectful. Terrible, horrible service. This happened today, Friday, January 30, 2026, at 11:30 PM when I made my call. She was ill-mannered and irresponsible. And to top it all off, she told me it was my problem and that they had nothing to do with it because, supposedly, they had fulfilled the entire order, and she wouldn’t even let me tell her what my order was, even though my bag was sealed.

Worst McDonald’s by far…come here ofter bc its so close to my house n they seem to never have they stuff together they be all over the place. Everytime im in here waiting forever ill see 5-10 pple walk in complaining about sitting outside for 45 mins. Supposed to be fast food but they so worried about they ticket times they cant keep up with what orders they already made and what still needs to be made. Asked and payed for extra big mac sauce n they literally put 2 drops i wish i was joking. If someone gonna pay for something give them what they paid for. Corporate needs to shut that store down.

I went through the drive through the evening and ordered two double cheeseburgers along with ither items. Got home and opened mine and the package said double cheeseburger but the were both dried up single burgers. I got back in the car and returned them and asked to speak to the manager. Her name tag said Alexis. She was very short and asked if I wanted a replacement or my money back. No apology and very unprofessional.
