Local, family owned, low-key with a nostalgic diner feel. I went during the week for breakfast as a spur of the moment decision after the day plan went wrong. I was seated right away in a nice booth by the window. Cindy was just perfect- attentive, helpful, and kind without being obtrusive. Great suggestion of the seasonal peach pancakes. The flavor of those fresh local peaches is almost sinful it’s so good. And the prices also seem to be from the past- the quality and quantity I was served for the price felt like a real bargain! Very positive experience, thank you Baughers!

the mozzarella sticks at the restaurant were outstanding, we ended up ordering a second round. after our meal we popped over to the produce market where we found the biggest tomato ever.

We ordered take out from this establishment tonight. We had the Rip burger, the retro burger, and a sliced turkey dinner with green beans, and banana salad. The rip burger was very good but wasn’t served with fries. The retro burger was good but the vanilla milkshake was kind of bland. The turkey sliced dinner was decent, the green beans and ham were good and the banana salad was a cut up banana with peanuts and chopped maraschino cherries. Overall the food was decent but not outstanding.

Waitress didn’t return to our table for over 30 minutes. We did want to order dessert to go, & hubby really needed a refill of unsweetened ice tea… so I finally got acting manager? So hubby asked for our bill so we could leave. We did leave a tip. All 3 or 4 of the wait staff were basically running from kitchen to floor, taking orders, serving, all on fast forward, I got dizzy! God bless them, every one!

We went for a late breakfast but since I am not a fan of breakfast food I got the cheese steak sub. And let me tell you, I am glad that i did. It was old school full of thinly sliced beef and beef drippings, on a super fresh roll with lettuce, tomato, mayo and hots. It was absolutely delicious! The staff was extremely attentive and the atmosphere was not too noisy as is the case with a lot of restaurants. I highly recommend the Baugher’s experience and will definitely go back again.

We love family breakfast at Baughers Resterant and Farmers Market in Westminster Maryland. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent and the home style setting makes this a great dining choice in the area!

A nice spot a couple miles from Baugher’s Farm. Came in during the lunch/dinner crowd, was able to get a table. Sign coming in says to get there early for breakfast seating. Tried the Bacon Baugher Burger with fries, enjoyed my selection! Staff was really friendly and we took a menu to go. Will return again soon, thanks!

Let me start by saying, I love baughers. The markets, farm, fruit/vegetable picking, and the animals all make the trip worth it. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with their food at the Baughers restaurant. The hamburger steak was flavorless and flat (no onions topped on it either like would normally be on a hamburger steak), only 3 onion rings came as a side, ranch tasted like Walmart brand, and the cups were also a bit dirty; not properly washed it seems like. I have been here about 3 times, I’ll probably come again, but it’s very average. Everything tasted store bought and heated up in the oven. The brown gravy, Mac and cheese, and tomatoes on the salad were very good though I’d suggest trying if you stop in. Prices are also very reasonable which is a plus.
