This was our first time visiting this location and we loved it so much. Staff were friendly, service from our waitress Charlene was attentive, kind and quick! The manager was also nice and the holiday decor looked awesome. Big steak omelette and the coffee were a 10/10, so delicious.

Had a great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, hot, and prepared perfectly for our to-go order. What really stood out was the customer service. The host was incredibly helpful with our to-go/online order. He was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was correct before we left. His great attitude made the pickup process quick and easy. It’s always nice to see staff who truly care about their customers. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

I simply asked to be moved to a less noisy booth because we was sat right next to some loud young ladies & was told by Kassi (What did you think you would have the place to yourself?) threw me completely off guard because it’s 4am & it ‘s us & another table there we just wanted to be move down to have a more private conversation but that was denied she stated she can’t move us but she can take or order……… I didn’t order anything but my boyfriend did but even getting that go to was a hassle! It’s seemed as if Kassi didn’t want to serve us, she’s was very rude & unpleasant until I started recording her now we’re being disrespectful because we’re documenting how you’re treating us………………. NEVER AGAIN

I’m obsessed with IHOP! Had the most amazing breakfast experience at the one in Bridgeview, and I just had to share! The food was absolute perfection – fluffy pancakes, fluffy waffles, crispy bacon, omelette cooked to my liking, especially the burgers! But what really made the experience stand out was the incredible service from the team, led by General Manager Denise. She’s always smiling, attentive, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a family brunch or a casual meetup with friends; even offering discount promotions. Can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious menu items! 5 stars isn’t enough – I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Denise and her team are the real MVPs.

I absolutely love coming to the IHOP in Bridgeview! Every time I come in at night, Olivia is AMAZING — she’s always so sweet, attentive, and makes sure everything is perfect. Her customer service is truly the reason I keep coming back.
The general manager, Denise, also deserves a huge shout-out. She runs this place with so much professionalism and kindness. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her staff.

Stopped by the IHOP in Bridgeview and had a great experience. The food came out hot and fast, portions were solid, and everything tasted fresh classic IHOP comfort done right. Staff was friendly and kept checking in without being annoying, and the place was clean even during a busy stretch. Easy 5 stars if you want a reliable breakfast (or late-night pancakes) in the area.
