Good afternoon I stopped in at taco Casa for a quick lunch. I asked for a super tostada. I asked for no sour cream no mild sauce tostada came out correct. But when I received the super tostada it had four black olives on it as you can see in the picture. I went up to the counter and asked may I have some extra black olives, and the lady behind counter proceeds to tell me it’s gonna be $1.07 for a side of black olives. I said you’re telling me that this tostada only comes with four black olives she proceeds to tell me we don’t count them. We just put them on there. What a money, hungry organization can’t even put a decent amount of black olives on my super tostada! I will never come back to this taco Casa again!

What is Taco Casa known for?… it’s all about the overflowing cheese, right!?!

Well the first thing I asked when I pulled up was do yall put enough cheese on the tacos because other TC don’t. We get home, not enough cheese. Womp womp womp! I don’t know about you but after paying $64 bucks… I really want that overflowing cheese! Its not like it’s their cheese, GEEZ!
Anyway, bad business and don’t recommend.
Go to Taco Casa on Crowley, now they got overflowing cheesy Cheese

I specifically asked I stressed that I did not want tomatoes on my food its on my receipt no tomatoes And what did I get tomatoes? I am so sick of this location. It is horrible. They don’t listen. The young lady working drive-through little heavy set wearing black Jordans with white shoe strings was very rude saying we’re close. The sign says 830 outside for the lobby, but it was 810 when I had to wait in line outside to drive-through for my food the food was very good but the service was horrible. I asked who was a manager here they said the same lady, but the owner said that we was closed at 8:10, but the sign says 830. This is the best taco Casa I’ve seen in Fort Worth in a very long time but the service here was horrible. I’m sitting outside eating my burrito with everything The service was just horrible. The woman in drive-through should never be in drive-through. The African-American gentleman left out with food in his hand saying the owner said if he look in the lobby and it ain’t no people they have to close up at 8:10, but the size is 830. This is horrible and I never experience this at this taco Casa. It’s been ran with great service for years. But at night is trash, I’m not happy. I will go online and tell everybody about this bad service and the young lady at the window told me that she don’t have to give up her name at all very rude, and I took a picture of my receipt to show the manager this very I really do hope the owner see that I know times is hard in a restaurant business, but The young lady that work Food did a good job but the one at the wonderful soul and I hope the owner is just bad service

They need Major re-modeling done to theis location. The prices are very high and the supervisor on duty who served me wasnt very hospitable. When asked about one very popular item on the menu, i was told they didnt have any they were not available, also asked for a small cup of water and they wanted to charge 59 cent for a cup just to get water??? Really no thanks. I will go to another location with better prices, updated resuraunt and more pleasent overall experience. I Will Not Reccomend this Location in forest hill

This was hands-down on the best experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant! When I first walked in the door, there was a sign about being patient because a lack of employees so I was blown away that my food was ready before I could even turn around and get my straw, napkins and hot sauce. But that’s only the beginning, the food was probably the freshest fast food. I’ve eaten in a very, very long time and it was delicious!

I’ve never had an issue with an order at this location. They have an excellent crew, and the drive-thru is usually pretty quick. If the drive-thru has a long line, I park and go inside and come right back out with my order.

2022 Review- My super nachos was ok. There were only bits of ground beef on the 4 corners but not throughout. This will probably be my last time due to the price. Can’t even get a free water with my meal says the cashier. Taco Bell is more reasonable! I feel more people are watching the quality and price of food they receive more than ever. For almost $9 I rather get so much more or make homemade nachos with more ground beef throughout and less refried beans and jalapenos to cover for the meat. 2021 Review-Good fast customer service. I enjoyed the super burrito the best, yet all the food was good. I really wish they would start selling churros or sopapilla’s. The menu prices have increased, but they do give you more meat than other fast food taco joints.

Why does the tortilla chips feel and taste like they have been sitting out for days. Then put a tostada on top on a crunchy tostado shell like you all are pre making food because you all are “short” staffed. This was horrible. Then will not answer the phone to make it right. Horrible food horrible follow up customer service. Window customer service was good.

I was trying to order a patty pack of 12 burritos and the woman at the register Cheyenne was new, and she was lost when I asked on the price of them. So I asked the woman in charge Rosa behind her and she commented back that she had no idea while letting her continue to struggle instead of coming over to help her get the situation correct or ring the burritos up she did nothing. In the end I did not get the burritos because she was not aware how to ring them up and the manager did not offer to help. And wonder why they are having high turn over. I’m assuming Rosa and her attitude is the problem, and when I was waiting for my order she then started to talk in Spanish across the line to her other employees about me I speak Spanish im just light complexed. Very unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend. very rude the service is horrible I feel bad for any incoming staff.
