Came to this restaurant after visiting the sphere at Amazon. We were told it was good and we were not disappointed. I tried the alambra burrito. This was the best burrito i ever ate hands down. Juicy, spicy and flavorful. Margarita were also very good especially the one with mezcal giving it some smokiness.

Brandon at the bar was inviting and had good humor. My order was taken quickly and my food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. I really enjoyed my meal and the house made hot sauces were tasty!

We had chicken and vegetarian tacos, and vegetarian enchiladas. I have known Mexican food to be full of flavours and have had some amazing Mexican food in other places in US & Europe. Here the dishes we tried felt bland and not satisfying. We didn’t have to wait to be seated, and service was quick. Staff were hospitable. Prices are at par with Seattle standards.

Both service and ambiance were good at this restaurant. However, we found the meat served a little bit dry.

The good thing about this restaurant is that it is located at a very convenient location. You get to see the famous Amazon sphere as well.

This is a very good place! The food is delicious, and the people are very nice, they make sure to check if you need anything else.
The restaurant is big and pretty.
We tried the flautas de queso and the guacamole and chips: 10/10.

Had a really pleasant experience at Cosco Antiguo! The ambience is warm and inviting, with a relaxed and authentic vibe that makes it a great spot for both casual dinners and special evenings out.

The food was flavorful and thoughtfully prepared. The chips and salsa served at the beginning were fresh and addictive—a perfect way to start the meal. We also tried the corn appetizer, which was a delicious surprise—creamy, well-seasoned, and definitely something I’d order again.

The menu has a good variety of dishes, and the enchiladas were definitely a highlight—rich in flavor and cooked just right. As someone who eats vegetarian, I appreciated the veg options that were available, but it would be great to see more variety on that front in the future.

Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out in good time. Overall, Cosco Antiguo offers a great mix of taste, presentation, and atmosphere. Definitely recommend it—especially for the enchiladas, corn appetizer, and that unbeatable chips and salsa combo!

Let’s start with the good, the ambiance is nice especially on a beautiful summer night like when I went where the air is a crisp 70°F and a gentle breeze that makes your soul warm, you walk up to see this beautiful exterior with the draping lights in the patio; very welcoming. The interior is spacious and a pretty cantina. A fun and cozy vibe. Then you sit down.

The chairs inside, uncomfortable, no back support. The menu, typical Mexican fare. All the usual suspects are here. Vegetarian menu is limited and who I went with ordered the mushroom enchiladas. I tasted it. We both agreed it had no flavor except mushroom, I’ll give it a 3/10.

What I ordered, the camrone tacos, well it sufficed. Shrimp was cooked well, crema and cabbage was fine and even with my added habanero sauce, didn’t make a mess all over me. It was better than average but not spectacular. I’ve had better elsewhere. But it wasn’t bad. So it’s a 6/10. Like it’s fine. Good even. But not super stoked about the price for the quality at $23.

Also this cantina is a la carté so rice and beans were extra — $6 for a tiny skillet of it! It wasn’t good rice or beans. I begrudgingly ate it because I was hungry. I still give it a 4/10. At 3 or less I’ll just burn the money and not eat it, sorry starving children in Africa.

Service? Well, I guess we got service. Didn’t catch her name. She wasn’t impolite or polite. But never checked on us once and never asked if we wanted dessert. I mean I actually think I would have passed but still, service non-existent. 2/10

How this place stays in business with subpar quality I must think is just because of hungry compliant Amazonians since it’s right in Westlake. But if you want a better Amazonian food spot right next door go to Cinque Terre (Italian) which is actually worth the money, or for better camrones — Cactus. Yes it’s a small local chain but better food for the same cost. Especially their camrones. Pass on this place. It’s pretty but your wallet will thank you.

Overall,
5/10⭐

This place is right by a lot of the Amazon buildings – making it a popular spot for team lunches and the like. Given that captive audience, it doesn’t have to serve good food to draw in customers,
and it certainly doesn’t

Starting off, the chips and salsa were not great. The guac was especially bland, and needed way more salt. The chips felt a bit stale
For an appetizer, I got the plantain empanada. It wasn’t amazing – the avocado spread was nice, as was the cream. However, the outside wasn’t very crunchy at all – actually being quite soft.
The inside tasted a bit off as well.

Moving onto the birria quesadilla, things were a bit better. The beef in the birria was quite fatty, and cooked pretty well; I thought it wasn’t dry. While the tortillas were quite soft on the outside and flavorless,
at least the cheese in the middle provided a good overall taste.
The consommé, though, was very bad. It tasted straight up like water – no beef flavor whatsoever. I gave up on dipping the tortillas in there and just dipped them in the cream instead. Easily the worst broth I’ve
ever had with birria.

What I had was a little on the expensive side, coming out to around $35 per person. I think the portion size for the quesadilla was decent, but the empanada being $11 was a bit much.

Overall, this represents the worst aspects of South Lake Union food – flavorless and expensive, with no incentive for improvement. 4/10

The atmosphere and service at this Mexican restaurant were decent—friendly staff and a comfortable setting. However, the food was a big letdown. The flavors were bland, and the dishes lacked the vibrant, authentic taste you’d expect from Mexican cuisine. It felt like the focus was more on presentation than quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it for the food alone.
