If it’s your first time ever going to five guys it’s important to know. That just because you order a hamburger doesn’t mean it’s the whole meal. Make sure to add fries and a drink to your order. I had placed my order and I was expecting it to be a whole meal. Nope lol had to order again, now I ordered the cheese burger and wow there’s definitely something good about having your burger made fresh off the grill. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that is fresh and the yummieness is absolutely there.

I placed my dine-in order at 8:39 PM and didn’t receive my food until 9:07 PM—nearly half an hour of waiting while sitting inside the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, it was wrong and disappointing. I ordered regular fries and was given a small, and to make matters worse, they were undercooked.
Let’s talk value: around $25 for a burger, a drink, and fries that clearly didn’t want to be cooked all the way. That’s not a meal—that’s a lesson in regret.
Yes, the associate technically apologized for the wait, but it had all the sincerity of someone reading a script they stopped believing in years ago. Very much a “we know you’re going to wait anyway” type of energy.
If you enjoy wasting your hard-earned money, questioning your life choices, and sitting around wondering if your food will ever arrive—or arrive correct—then congratulations, this is absolutely the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the time, the money, and the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

A very good burger, a step above the average fast food place, and the fresh fries are fantastic.
Everything is cooked fresh to order, which means it may take a little longer to get your food, but that’s okay because they give you unlimited free shelled peanuts to eat while you’re waiting.
They have a big variety of toppings, including sauteed mushrooms, and all can be added to your burger at no extra charge which is really nice.
On the other hand, if you’re taking your children there, who likes their nurgers almost plain, it does make things seem pretty overpriced. A family of 4 can easily drop 50 bucks for lunch, or even more.

I called my order in for pickup, I had to tell the robot to get me a real person because it can’t take “extra crispy” or “well done” as an option for fries. I got a real person and ordered extra crispy large frie and a shake.
The fries were not extra crispy, and the portion was odd to me, I got a large cup filled to the top but that’s it, normally five guys boast about their over flowing fries, like when you get a burger and fries it is literally always a full cup and extra fries dumped in. But not when it’s just a order of fries? I’m not as bothered about the portion because the cup was full, but I am very unhappy about them not being well done after having to get a real person on the phone to ask specifically for that.

I can’t really rate the service or the food.Because I went there a little after 8 p m on sunday January 4th, and I was greeted by some guy at the front door saying, rudely, we’re out of buns we’re closed, okay, there’s a store right next door why don’t you go over and get hamburger buns? You got 2 hours before you close and then when you’re sitting outside, trying to find another 5 guys to go to, and they’re just in there, goofing off and playing around Really people come on.

No joy in this place. We waited 45 minutes for two burgers and two shakes. Which I wouldn’t have minded the wait, but the burger was dry and did not come with the bacon that I ordered. My son wanted extra pickles along with his burger and ONLY got pickles nothing else! The place was grimey and there were only three people working during a very busy time. One of the 3 people (the one who took my order) said that he did not speak English! That’s probably why I did not get my bacon and my son only got pickles. Management either needs to increase the incentives to get more staff OR stop the door-dash orders preventing the meager personnel to tend to the very busy restaurant full of dine-in customers!

Super hot fresh fries! They even give you the farm they came from. Burger was good, probably should have added bacon for no extra charge, damn! Grilled jalapeños added a nice kick. The only down side is the hot fresh burger comes out like someone sat on it..solid 4/5

The atmosphere was definitely pretty chill and the service was good. As I am not a fan of fast food except for maybe once in a blue moon. I will say the fries are way over salted and we’re not hot or fresh. Those were thrown away as soon as I got home. It was a much better experience than my first and last time at Five Guys back in 2017.

Arrived 545p as promised for pick up.
Milkshakes and fries get made when arriving.
Took 35 mins for that.
People arriving after we did got their orders before we did so burgers were quite as fresh.
So be mindful when pre-ordering.
We finally did get the full order after 35 min wait so enjoyed the milkshakes on the way home.
