I went through the drive thru and I did have to wait, but my Cajun honey biscuit was HOT AND FRESH!! It was the best biscuit and chicken I have had since I have been here. I’m from So Florida and the food tastes so much better in Florida. I was very surprised at how good that little biscuit was.

Arrived at 8:29pm I ordered a 4 piece two breast two wings I was told it would be a 15 minute wait but the manager didn’t come outside till 8:49 only to tell me that when the chicken breast came out the grease it wasn’t right so she dropped it back in there! At that point I knew they were in there playing because they already had a attitude that I was willing to wait for the chicken I don’t even think they cooked any it was giving they just wanted to be nasty and have me wait for nothing.

Its sad when one has one job and too show the young people positive behavior – she was clearly an adult – immature non the less, but she chose to be messy. Very unprofessional lead (5’1 or 2 with braids and heavy makeup.. Don’t come here of you want unbiased service. She was very intentionally disrespectful. I chose to not stoop to her level. For some, ignorance is bliss, I stay positive all the same. Karma has a better way of dealing with shenanigans and buffoonery.

My recent visit to your establishment was unsatisfactory due to several issues. The staff did not provide a welcoming greeting. Furthermore, I was informed of a $0.25 charge for a single packet of sauce, despite not requesting any other condiments. I believe a complimentary sauce, such as ranch, should be offered for dipping fries without an additional charge, especially since other condiment options, like ketchup, were not even offered.

This Fulton Industrial Blvd location is one of the best Bojangles in the Atlanta area that I’ve visited. The food here is always consistently prepared properly and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating! I ordered the chicken biscuit combo and enjoyed it! The prices are also reasonable compared to other locations where the prices are slightly higher. The service is always prompt without long wait times. It’s always a very good experience when I purchase there.

Just picked up dinner on this fine Easter Sunday and I gotta say this location sho-nuff snapped with the exceptional quality of food and customer service. I’m tempted to give an in depth review of every item I ordered because it was just that dang good, but just know, the chicken was exquisite, the Mac n Cheese was mac’n, the down & dirty rice was smacking, and the Bo berry biscuits were slapping ! And don’t even get me started on how good the sweet tea tasted ♂️. Lawd.

The service here was absolutely miserable. The cashier at the front seemed completely disengaged—glued to her phone, lost in her own world, and clearly uninterested in doing her job. My food had been sitting ready for at least five to ten minutes while she ignored it, failing to communicate with her teammates or even glance at the counter. The lack of awareness, urgency, and basic professionalism was ridiculous. It’s one thing to be busy, but it’s another to just not care. The whole experience was frustrating, unorganized, and downright disappointing.

just left this establishment. took about 10 minutes to get my order two sausage biscuits. the process is you order on one end of counter and pick up on the other end. i have watched everyone that ordered before me get their food and leave . as i was waiting on my food the employee asked me to step back saying i was to close to the counter i told her my order was next : she purposely pulled another order to prove a point Very rude
