Hubby and i had lunch here. It was worth it. Service was great. Danny was attentive. Our order was taken quick and we were served promptly. He checked on us enough to let us know he sees us but not so much as to interrupt! We never felt rushed. Excellent service.

Sushi & Shabu Time in Chinatown, Las Vegas is a great spot if you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat Japanese experience. I ordered Set B (buffet) and was very satisfied with the quality and variety.
The buffet offers a good selection of fresh sushi, sashimi, and shabu-shabu, all served quickly and neatly. The ingredients were fresh, especially the sliced meats for shabu-shabu, which cooked perfectly in the hot pot. Sushi rolls were well made, nicely portioned, and consistently good throughout the meal.
What I liked most was the balance between sushi and shabu-shabu — you can enjoy both without feeling rushed. The staff was attentive and refilled orders promptly, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
For the price, Set B is definitely worth it, especially if you enjoy eating a variety of items. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, perfect for dining with friends or family.
If you’re in Las Vegas Chinatown and craving sushi and hot pot, Sushi & Shabu Time is a solid choice and a place I’d come back to again.

Danny and Ay were great servers. Mgm is a must try and sukiyaki broth is flavorful. They didnt have the late night special but the price for A course AYCE is still a good deal. We always come bsck here for date night.

This place caught our attention with wagyu and uni in the $43 PP set. I can confirm that not only the wagyu IS NOT real wagyu; it’s lower quality than grocery store beef. The sushis were not fresh, there essentially wasn’t any fish I could vouch for. Only plus is that the server was super friendly and the food came quickly. If you’re looking to get a lot of food quickly then it’s an option but the menu was extremely misleading.

Quick and friendly service. Meats are good. Very little rice in the nigiri. The sukiyaki broth is highly recommended. Ice cream was delicious, such a pity only 1 per customer. I would’ve easily filled up on ice cream.

My mom and I tried out this place today and enjoyed it. It was a quiet late lunch for us. The menu says it all. It’s somewhat equivalent to 888 restaurants in Vegas without the wait. I think there are so many AYCE places that they seem to be similar. The ingredients were fresh, many of the items were a little frozen but it was ok. At least I know it wasn’t sitting out somewhere. We both have small stomachs so all you can eat isn’t as a value but it was nice to try since, we had sushi and hotpot. We’d definitely go again.

Really happy with our service – we are dining with my 93yo granma and they sat us quickly AND our table was super convenient for her wheelchair. Popping but not insane on a Saturday night – we were served quickly – like WOW quick – and all with big smiles!! Very impressed and yes – the food was AMAZE! A smaller buffet than Ive seen but the items were very choice- FRESH veggies and individual servings of noodles was nice!
