it was so dead, not only that when i came in there it had a weird smell and kept me coughing a lot, and also i want to mention my waitress was high or intoxicated i can tell by the way she was acting and how her eyes look, and my food took over 40 mins which isn’t a big deal (IF IT WAS BUSY) but guys when i tell you it was so dead, at least 8-12 people were there tops. i’m not trying to be rude but i feel like this establishment can do so much better. The service was good. The server kept the rating from sinking. Since it was Friday and we were in the neighborhood. I thought it was appropriate to drop in for lunch. These box restaurants are hit and miss. I got the burger with the potato skin can’t remember the menu name. The food was okay. I wasn’t expecting much anyways. The drinks were made good. Didn’t even need seconds.

its a Sunday evening date for me and my boyfriend, a young man with glasses who was working around the bar took us in as our customers and placed our order. once it was ready he only brought my plate. he suddenly forgotten my Boyfriend as he ordered the same plate as me but didn’t get his out… we waited 30-40 minutes for one of the servers to acknowledge he didn’t get his plate.
and still haven’t acknowledged the empty drinks still on our table. the Lack of Consideration and Acknowledgement was ridiculous. everyone else around was getting helped and their meals. while we are still waiting for his plate and other plates and refilled drinks.

we are also regulars here when we get a chance of a night out. this was by far unacceptable.

It’s always nice to come into a restaurant and has some type of service there was no one at the front we had to go back and forth to find someone very unprofessional if you ask me. Food was good so that added two more points on my meter. Good job

It is very sad the other people has had bad experiences here but we had a great one. Our waitress was “Cookie” and the sevice was amazing. I order a sampler full. Everybody should come here the experiences was great. The bathrooms were clean and the place was nice.

This was pick up order. Horrible experience and food was nasty!!! The chicken fingers were old, Mac and cheese nasty, fries were old/frozen and reheated, rice was lumpy and clearly old, the shrimp was mushy, and the ribs were dry, hard, and overcooked. Everything tasted like it had been reheated instead of freshly made. Also, the Fridays bag was intentionally double-knotted so tightly that I couldn’t open it to check my order at the store. I had to tear it open when I got home to get my food. It was done on purpose to prevent me from noticing the disgusting, reheated food they packed in there. Find another restaurant to get food from. I am beyond pissed!!!

Me and my buddy went there after the gym , there was wonderful live DJ and the whole entire restaurant was the nicest way to say it was a mess. I had to move trash out of the way to sit at the bar. There was no bar tender. After using the restroom with the state it was in, I decided I wasn’t sure if I wanted to eat at this establishment. As me and my buddy were walking out the door, the DJ started singing “get to the door it’s time to go, hit the road get to the door.” Anyway we thought it was hilarious but yeah that was a bit racist. But ima give it to you guys it was funny lol.

Well to start we entered into the restaurant and was approached by Dakota who was the hostess. We requested outdoor seating because the restaurant was extremely cold. She told us that it was not possible because the waitress who had the outside patio was gone for the night. She then directed us to the loudest part of the restaurant next to the bar and server station. We sat down and waited about 10 mins until our server came to greet us asking if we cared for a beverage. We ordered drinks and an appetizer along with the food. She left and came back with our drinks. Roughly 15 more minutes passed and our appetizer was ready and being served by the food runner who walked up to the table and sat the plate down n left. No appetizer plates or anything. We used our napkins until we noticed that they contained sani solution and were wet. Food arrived and both New York strips were overcooked when we ordered medium and medium rare. The brocolli was brown, the steaks didnt have jack Daniel’s on top instead a heavy amount of butter n no parmesan cheese. As we ate we watched several employees walk by the dirty tables next to us and didnt even think to clean it off but kept seating people in our section to the point between the blender and the noise from the other patrons we couldn’t even have a conversation. We at quickly and skipped dessert. I paid our waitress Keyana and headed to the door but I stopped n asked Dakota to have Kevin come up and I spoke to him about my experience and all he did was look at me like I was insane and said that he will take note of it. Also note that the bartender was busy entertaining his friends and talking in Spanish about his upcoming evening of partying. This place needs some attention from corporate fast. It is not ran properly for a multi million dollar franchise
