So 1st timer here me and my wife. We did the lunch grill option however the grill wasn’t like a flat top. And the chicken took over 30 min to cook. I think the server finally turned the heat up after showing her our food wasn’t cooking. If you go with 2 other people like I did. You have hardly any room to cook anything. It was a huge hassle. And it did not taste that good. We ended up spending a lot of money to be completely unsatisfied. Will never return again. Also almost forgot. The onions and peppers are not sliced thin. Nothing is as it should be.

Quan was our waiter and was fantastic at explaining how everything worked, it was our first time. The food always came out incredibly fast and was delicious! There’s so much to choose from, there’s something for everyone. We are definitely planning on coming back! Thank you again, Quan! You were so helpful and kind to us, we couldn’t ask for a better waiter! 🙂

This was our first experience with Korean BBQ/hot pot and it was amazing! It was really just because we went for Valentine’s Day, but it was so worth the wait. Our server, Catie, was very sweet and attentive; she explained the whole ordering process thoroughly and was patient while we took some time figuring out what we wanted. All our orders came out quickly and the rest of the staff was very polite as well. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and definitely plan to dine here again!

Got both grill and hotpot. Fast friendly service. Fun vibes in the restaurant for family or friends night out. Make your own hotpot is such a rad idea.

Catie was our server tonight and she was 10/10 a high quality individual. The atmosphere is always great at Kpot but she made us feel like we belonged. This was not our first visit to Kpot. The food is always food and the selection is plentiful. Custom sauces allow for you to make your own night whatever you feel like. Spicy, sweet, salty. The buffet items are always fresh while a small verity not being a problem due to the great quality of the ingredients. Catie brought us everything we needed, changed grills, cleaned, conversed, refills, hospitality, jokes, and exceeded the expectations anyone would have for a top tier employee! We would always return but will definitely be looking out for Catie. She is a powerhouse employee and was the highlight of our night! Thanks Catie!

We had Celena as our server. Even though she’s new she did an amazing job! You’d be lucky to have her as your server also if you want a less crowded experience definitely come on a Monday night. Less people (advice from an introverted foodie)

Ariana was a fantastic waitress! We never had an empty drink, an unanswered question, or forgotten about. She was attentive without being pushy. The kitchen staff were also wonderful. Everything came out within seconds of ordering. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Got the hot pot and barbecue all you can eat and I must say good as aways been here maybe 5 times now drive from Wilmington and my servers weren’t always that attentive have to flag them down however today had a server named AJ and I must say made up for any past experience if you can get a seat at AJ table please do so super nice always filling up your cup and takes pride in their job thanks AJ!
