Mason was the most patient and kind server I’ve had in a long time, even with last minute changes to orders and strange requests given he was extremely attentive and on top of the game with his wait service. I asked for a small amount of grenadine for my sparkling water, and though strange, still got exactly what I requested in a short amount of time.

Pretty good food and service. We had a large table which can be a nuisance but the server was patient and kind. They were also pretty attentive to us and came to check on us quite frequently. We each got a different array of items (I appreciate that we were able to take a box of the biscuits to go)

Had Mike for a server and got amazing service. He even remembered what we ordered last time and had the food to us incredibly fast. Crab was cooked well and with the app we even got a free appetizer. Highly recommend and if you go request Mike you won’t be disappointed.

We went to Red lobster for our son’s birthday. He loves seafood and was so excited to go. When we arrived the manager greeted us and asked if we were celebrating anything special. We told him it was our son’s birthday and from there the service was extraordinary. He got a lobster out for our children to touch and hold. Then he gave our children, necklaces and certificates of lobster handling. He checked on our table multiple times. The staff brought a complementary dessert and card signed by the entire staff at the restaurant. From the manager to all the servers, everyone was polite and courteous and made the experience one he’ll never forget.

We spent our Valentine’s evening at Red Lobster in Traverse City. The food was hot and delicious and exactly what we wanted. Therer is no word that describes how great the service was. The manager Ashley was doing a fenominal job of keeping things moving and doing it gracefully at that. We knew it would be a busy night so we made reservations. With it being a busy holiday we knew to make reservations for an earlier time than what we wanted in case they were running behind and I’m glad we did. Ashley got us seated as soon as she could. You could tell it was a stressful night when you walked in just because of how busy it was, however, Ashley and each staff member never looked stressed and were very kind and accommodating. Sarah was our waitress and again, great service! She had a great personality, and seemed to genuinely love her job, even with how busy it was. She was very prompt and made sure we had everything we needed, kept up with the biscuit and drink refills. It’s hard to find a waitress as great as her. There have only been a few occasions where we have gone to a restaurant and received extraordinary service, and Sarah’s service is top notch! I noticed several of the other waitresses that were serving the tables around us were also doing a great job and handling the stress of the night very well. They all treated every customer with the highest respect. Other restaurants around town could defin learn something from the staff at Red Lobster. I hope everyone had a good Valentine’s day and made lots of money in tips. You all deserve more than what you made that night. See you again soon. ❤️

I’ve been going to Red Lobster and getting the Ultimate Feast as a tradition with my dad since I was little! Today I had the chance to come here with my coworkers and enjoy my favorite, the Ultimate Feast. I love getting the crab legs, lobster tail, shrimp scampi, and coconut shrimp with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. I also tried the Lobsterita today and got a lobster necklace with my drink! Overall we had a great experience and the food was absolutely incredible as always. This is the best seafood you can get and for an amazing price! I also want to mention how attentive and incredible our server, Sarah, was for the entire 2 hours we were there! She was on top of it and was ready to take our 2nd drink orders, constantly filling up our waters, bringing us extra plates and crab crackers and even more garlic butter. The best service I’ve had in a while! I look forward to coming back in the future and I hope to have Sarah as my waitress again!

Not happy how skimpy my $36 order crab was. I will stop eating there. They always forget something and I go back to get it no biggie. Now its a good time to not waste any more money on something im not getting my money worth. This time, my crabs are all in pieces spreaded out barly meat in them. I don’t even think it’s a full pound and again no sour cream or butter for my bake potato. Its to busy now they just got a 7 top in and plus more ppl. so I will wait til I get to work to eat it. I love crab. I need to find a new place
