I had the tacos de bistec combo and they were average, not too much meat on them, the taste is good, you get side charro beans which they are nice and the papa asada was very good, right combination of cheese. Restrooms were dirty and overall place looks old. The server was courteous and did a very good job. Overall is an ok place to eat honestly I only go there just to get the papa asada with cheese.

Worst service ever! Everybody got their order except for me and by the time I got my food everyone else at my table was done eating. I had to take my food home. Waitress didn’t bring our table pico de gallo because they “didnt have anymore”, when we asked if they could make more she said no because they were about to close 9:30pm don’t they close at 12am. Collect still the same with or without pico de gallo. As for the food I have no complains.

Out doing cable installations in Mission, TX again. My coworker and I saw this spot as we were looking for something to eat for lunch. This is a nice open air Taqueria. If you find yourself in Mission, give this place a try.

It’s alright Tuesday food was good a little tough on the meat but was a good portion and not so expensive. There was only 2 waitresses so it took a while for them to get to us again for refills or anything but other then that it was alright.

When you have to bring your own drink cause they take forever to make a mix drink for you without id you. Never had this bad service at Don felipe in mile 5 and the food was super freakin cold too

Although the food is usually really good. These last times we’ve gone they’ve taken close to an hour when they only had 2 vehicles in front of us. And when they gave us our food it was all cold and soggy. They gave us a $2 discount because they realized they had just left our order outside. But $2 doesn’t make up for waiting close to an hour and then for our botana to taste disgusting all the chips were soggy and the fajita and beans were cold to the touch. Enough where you could see the grease getting white on top of the fajita. We’ve had the same issue of food taking forever even foe breakfast hours. It usually taste good, but do not recommend it based on how long they take. However, the other Don Felipe’s closer to Conway on 5 Mile line they take your order, and food is always freshly made and it doesn’t take forever.
