The fish sandwich was the best- nicely seasoned whole piece of fish- not a reconstituted patty. The onion rings were on point. Salad without the chicken was fresh. Sadly, the chocolate custard malt tasted like mint. Otherwise, I’ll be back.

This location is clean and the staff are so friendly.
We ate here twice during our time in Flagstaff. My only complaint is the French fries. They were undercooked both days. To the point they were still hard in the middle.
Cheese curds were undercooked the second day. Just a quality issue that can easily be remedied.
The kids meals for the kids are an excellent deal. Collect the tokens on the bag. Once you have 10 you can choose a free kids meal or a ball in the case along the wall. We usually opt for the kids meal now that we’ve had all the balls.
The kids love they get a free scoop of custard with one topping as a free treat. Incredible value for families.

We came back here after just one time, very high quality Culver’s with high quality frozen custard. Even for healthy options the grilled chicken sandwich is a decent option. Come here for the frozen custard and their high quality burgers that are grilled flat like Freddy’s. Also highly recommend their cheese curds, it’s a different kind of quality compared to other similar restaurants.

Everyone working here seemed very very friendly, very eager to recommend items on the menu if asked and overall were extremely pleasant to deal with. The food was fantastic, chili fries had for real chili on them and the fries were good. Pretzel bites had a great flavor. Burger is among the top end for fast food burgers for sure. Of course the custards are amazing too.

Culvers is always friendly and clean. They have really good burgers, onion rings, and custard. Their fries aren’t my favorite, usually they seem like they could use a few minutes longer in the fryer. That’s not just this location, seems that way at all the Culvers I have been to. They have chicken and fish options as well. I usually get the mushroom burger, it’s always tasty. I also tend to get chocolate custard in a mixer with oreo and cookie dough and it’s top notch.

Fast, friendly service.
I had the buffalo chicken tenders (4). Although a little pricey at $8.00, they were great.
A little amount of zest to them, but nothing close to being spicy. The breading exterior was nice and crunchy, but nothing close to too much.
The chicken was moist and flavorful. It was enough on its own to be a meal for me.

We always dine in once a week here and we usually place our order ahead of time. Never any issues til this past Friday! instantly we knew it was bc it was a whole different team working! 1.They did not get our food ready on time! 2. The lady that was bagging everyone’s food refused to put our food on a tray even tho the guy assisting us asked her too! He tried standing there for her to do it!! We were watching them! After 7mins of her refusing to place our food on a tray I got upset and demanded our food before it gets cold and it was a shrimp meal!! Expensive and if I got sick I wouldn’t hesitate to make sure they were responsible for getting me sick! This lady needs to know about food safety and it felt like she doesn’t like to be told what to do! As it was one of her teammates that tried asking her to put the food on a tray and she refused!! No mgr in sight to put her in her place! She made the mistake of bagging our food when we weren’t doing a carry out! We had 30mins to eat and we chose Culver’s! As they were very accommodating before! Just not this time! We decided we will not be eating here for a long while, I worked with customer service before, I never seen this kind of behavior! Just to put food on a tray! ♀️ smh
