All the employees were really nice, and my food was what you’d expect from McDonald’s. The only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because the restaurant was freezing. When we said something, staff told us the owner has control of the heat, which I understand, but then the owner needs to pay better attention. (It was 10°F outside; inside was probably close to 50°F. It was cold enough that I wore my coat the whole time.) I feel bad for the employees working there because it was so cold.

[July 2025] On my way to Nashville, TN, I stopped at the McDonald’s drive-thru in Nashville, IL for some caffeine and the staff was super friendly. I ordered a large iced French Vanilla Latte. Having not had McDonald’s in ages, I was pleasantly surprised by their coffee quality. Yum!

Modern and clean McDonald’s which was inside kiosk or drive thru only. Food was made as ordered, tasted like it should,and price was expected. Plenty of parking around the restaurant and for bigger rigs out back.

I never like using the kiosks. They take forever and then you still have to wait and wait we did. They were busy and everyone was doing their job. They worked great as a team so hats off to the shift manager or team lead. They all worked smoothly like a well oiled machine. The food was a bit disappointing. The quarter pounder didn’t have cheese (maybe we were supposed to add that on at the kiosk?) The big Mac would have been delicious;however, the bun(s) were dry to the point where i just took some of it off. The fries? Amazing! Perfectly salted and just the right temperature.

This location has gone downhill in the past couple years.
Edit: Tried again on the first of July, Ordered a Quarter Pounder. Top burger was cooked bottom burger was completely raw. I mean I like a little pink, but the was completely raw. Nasty.

There was a very long wait in the drive thru and people were getting testy… myself included. The woman who took my order was courteous and and polite despite the circumstances of the long delay and my cranky attitude. People behind me in line were also impatient as they even yelled at me as i waited to place my order. When I arrived at the window to pay, she continued to remain professional. It also appeared that there were only 2 employees trying to serve drive through and the dining room. As I reflected on the experience, I was very impressed by this young woman and the young man who were working as fast as they could and maintained their positive interaction with guests and each other. I was embarrassed by my impatience, and wished I could return to apologize

Nice looking restaurant and was convenient right off of I-64 traveling on my way back home.
Food was mixed, my double cheeseburger was great, but the nuggets were dry like they’ve been sitting around for a while. My wifes snack wrap was just ok. Chicken had a lot of breading and was dry. My McCafe latte was perfect.
Restrooms and inside were clean.
