Here it goes. Came 2/15 with the family as our Love day thanks to each other. The wait was about 20min not bad considering the holiday weekend. To start we order our favorite spicy chicken bites, awesome as usual. Wifey had the lemon garlic chicken cooked perfectly juicy and flavorful. The kid had 120z new york stripe with mac & cheese also cooked and seasoned well. I ordered the ribeye med well with a loaded bake potato and broccoli. I got a toasted NY stripe!!! I had to send back and then they got it right…we finished it off with a caramel pecan cheesecake which was slamming!

I come here every year for my birthday steak and especially for the fried brussel sprouts. Please stay away. For the money I was very disappointed. It took 45 minutes to get a table which I didn’t mind. When we sat down the waitress told us it was a long ticket time so it would take awhile. We had our drinks and some bread. When dinner came I was so excited, only to find out that my steak was so fatty and so was my husband’s so it wasn’t just me. My sweet potato was cool and the brussel sprouts I waited so long for were ice cold. By the time the waitress made her way back I was almost finished my dinner. I told her they were cold and that I didn’t want a replacement just take the amount off of my bill. I am so dissapointed. This place has really come down in their standards. No worries, I will find another place for my Birthday Dinner. Good bye Long Horn.

Love this place. Everything is always on point, well seasoned and delicious! The staff are all very knowledgeable and so nice! Dawn is a fantastic server, we will be requesting her every time. Tonight I asked for a box for my leftover salad and the manager brought me a whole new one to take home so it wasn’t soggy. He did not have to do that, I was very surprised. Really great to dine at a place that goes that extra mile. Thank you everyone!

Bro yall food is genuinely so good but wdym when ppl order food online, that puts their reservation ahead of yours. At some point you have to stop listening to what the tablet says and maybe make decisions that will get you business and money. People are genuinely walking about because the wait is too long because you are calling out the online reservations that were just made and the people are obviously not there. And they acknowledge that the online orders of the reservations go ahead, but still don’t call the reservations that got put behind. It doesn’t make sense, please work on this.

The food was super delicious. My steak was succulent. My only regret is I should have done a larger piece.
The hostess was friendly and helpful. Cilia made sure we were seated and comfortable while our waiter Thomas catered to our every need.

Best steak around… better than Texas Roadhouse!! I love their loaded baked potato.
It’s pretty crowded most nights I’ve visited, and there is usually a wait.
The decor and atmosphere are really great! The only drawback is that it is too dark in the dining area.
I’ll definitely be back cause the steak is sooooo delicious!!

My husband and I dine here a few times a year, and until this visit we’ve never had any issues with either the food or the service. We went for dinner on January 4, 2026. There was about a 20-minute wait, which was fine, so we grabbed a drink at the bar.
Once we were seated, it took quite a while for our server to come over. After getting our drinks, we ordered our dinners right away. Our salads and bread arrived quickly, but after that the service slowed down significantly. The section we were seated in was nearly empty, so the delay was a bit confusing.
We both ordered the 6-ounce filet mignon, and unfortunately it seemed like the seasoning had changed. There was some sort of heavy rub or crust on the steaks that overpowered the flavor and really ruined them for us. At first we thought it might have been the steak sauce my husband used, but mine tasted the same and I didn’t use any. Both steaks were also lukewarm when served.
The mashed potatoes tasted like boxed potatoes and didn’t include any gravy, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the salad and bread were excellent, as always.
After finishing about half of our meals, we received the check. It then took another 20 minutes to get our change back. Overall, this visit fell short of the experience we’ve come to expect, which is why I’m giving this a 2-star review instead of my usual higher rating.

Server was in a rush. Asked for order before we even sat at table and looked at menu. Was brought my soup after main meal was served. Steak was RAW ordered med-rare shrimp was brought only when we notified the manager. Server didn’t check about order until 15 minutes after served. Understand your busy but check that orders are correct. Customer shouldn’t need to wait for order when the rest of the table is eating. Yes, the manager said he would correct the situation but everyone at table by this time was almost done with meal. Timing and attention by Server needs to be educated.
