Today is National Taco Day, so of course I had to celebrate the right way and Atilanos DELIVERED.
I ordered their crispy tacos with rice and beans, and let me tell you… I felt like I got a hug from abuela herself. The tacos were perfectly golden and crunchy, stuffed generously and topped with fresh lettuce and melted cheese. The rice was flavorful and fluffy, and the beans were smooth and comforting the kind you can only get from a legit Mexican spot.
Portions? Massive. Flavor? On point. Prices? Unbeatable. If you’re looking for REAL tacos that actually slap — not the drive-thru imposters — Atilanos is the move. I’ll be back every Tuesday… and maybe every day ending in “y.”

My recent drive-through on 2/13/2026 experience at Atilano’s Mexican Food was unacceptable due to the behavior of the employee named Evelin. Her tone of voice and facial expressions were openly unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome throughout the interaction.
When I politely asked for extra items, she reacted with visible annoyance and what came across as disgust, as if my request was a problem. I also respectfully mentioned that the speaker volume was extremely loud, but instead of acknowledging the feedback, she dismissed it entirely.
Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable or judged for simple requests. This level of attitude reflects poorly on the restaurant, and management should address it immediately to ensure customers are treated with basic respect and professionalism.

I love Atilanos. Been eating there for years. Unfortunately they recently raised their prices and their portions are smaller all of a sudden. Disappointing that they are falling into the typical fast food trend. Prices up, portions smaller.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and was told “one moment.” We waited 15 minutes with no follow-up at all. Every 5 minutes we tried asking if anyone was there, and we got zero response each time. No explanation, no apology, just silence. If the drive thru isn’t operating or staff are unavailable, customers should be told instead of being left waiting. Really disappointing experience.

I would never recommend this place I will never eat here again I haven’t heard nothing but good experiences at the other location on Francis. So I figured I would try this location since I was in the area and about halfway through my burrito which only has chicken and rice in it I found a big wad of something green it is not lettuce so I was confused because there’s not even lettuce in my burrito and it was literally taking up about Half a burrito I mean it is a huge wad… so I pull it out because I thought it was weird that there was no rice or chicken in this area because of how big of a chunk it is as I pull it out there’s something blue in it so I touch the blue part and guess what it’s a rubber band so whatever type of vegetable this is maybe cilantro stems somehow magically accidentally got inside of my burrito including the wonderful rubber band holding it all together this is completely disgusting I am sick to my stomach never in my entire life have I been so disgusted over a restaurant.

This particular atilanos is super disappointing. Every time we order from here they either get it wrong or the order is lacking. Like in this pic where one of my street tacos is almost void of any meat and the rest is skimpy at best. I have to travel to any other atilanos to get a decent meal.

Went to get some tacos de tripas and oh boy! They were so crispy that they literally would desolve in your mouth at the first bite. Tasted more like burnt chicharrones! So disappointed. I call, and the worker JUAN told me to go back the next day and he would make them right. I go back, get Tacos, get home to eat and to my surprise they were the same ones as the day before. Total DISLIKE!!
I still order something else that I paid for and well.The picture says it all.

The portions have gotten noticeably smaller, especially on taco Tuesday!! So sad, one of my tacos was 1/2 lime slice and two tiny chunks of meat. Used to love this place, lately it seems like the only time you get a good meal is if you’re getting hit on… and half the time they don’t understand my order and I have to go back. Super greasy and small this time, I’’ve been pretty disappointed with the food and service lately. Hope they can turn things around.

I ordered a Quesadilla which according to the doordash menu comes with rice and beans, we’ll no rice and beans. I called them and asked to speak to a manager they set the phone down on the counter and I hung up after 11 minutes. The food is excellent but the service is lacking.
