The food was absolutely amazing. Everything came out fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality in every bite, and the presentation made it even better. It’s definitely one of the best breakfast/brunch spots I’ve tried.
Our server, Quay, was honestly the best waiter in the world. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. His positive attitude and friendly personality made the whole experience even better.
I highly recommend this place amazing food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was great!!! The service was more than I anticipated! With the restaurant being busy I was approached by 3 different servers checking up on me and solidifying that I made a great choice with getting the new Dubai Chocolate stuffed waffles! I also got the eggs Benedict and those were great too. Shout out to May, Maria and Leidys for making my experience here 10/10! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast in the Orlando/Epic Universe area. I will be back soon!

This is probably one of the best breakfast spots. I’ve had the pleasure of eating at in a long time and I don’t say that lightly, from the food to the service, our waitress was phenomenal and I’m kicking myself because I did not get her name before I left, but she was so personable and witty that she made the whole experience enjoyable along with the food. It would be a whole problem if I lived in this state because I would want to eat here every week, probably a few times a week just to enjoy the pancakes and potatoes lol

Serving satisfying and tasty breakfast plate options. My passionfruit mimosa wasn’t what I was expecting since I couldn’t taste the fruit, but overall the food was good. The prices are a bit expensive, especially the create a breakfast, which charges for the individual items. I tried the gluten free waffles and chicken tenders, which was very good. Nice atmosphere and good servive. We would consider revisiting this restaurant when back in FL

I really like this restaurant due to the nice variety of offerings on the menu. The staff was very attentive to my needs, and the service was great from start to finish. My food came out in a decent amount of time, and when it arrived, it was hot, fresh, and really good – definitely a highlight of the visit.
The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, which made the meal feel like a great value. The restaurant is also located in an easy-to-find spot, which made the experience even more convenient.

Everything was pleasant! Nothing stood out to me flavor wise besides the sausage links. Everything else was what you would expect from a diner. I would even go as far to say the fun fancy things like the butter beer latte and Dubai chocolate pancakes made up the fourth star in this review. It’s a pleasant experience but if you’re looking for mouthwatering eats there’s plenty other places that accomplish the job.

Walking distance from our hotel stay. The first time we waited about 35-40 minutes (Monday midday), on our second visit waited about 20 minutes (Saturday brunch time). They state they don’t take tap to pay but all the waiters carry a clover which takes tap to pay. It should be more accessible due to convenience.
The butter beer latte was decent, not worth the cost. The mimosa was okay, not much of the guava or passion fruit flavors were there.
We had the chicken and biscuits and chicken and waffles. The gravy definitely added to the chicken, as for just the chicken and waffles it was a bit dry. Portions were HUGE. Had left over! Mac and cheese with pork carnitas was flavorful. The chicken bacon ranch wrap had no ranch or salsa drizzle like the waiter stated. She tried to say it was inside but on my first bite I got nothing. Even opened the wrap and it had no sauce. Got a side of salsa verde for 2.99, didn’t know until we got the tab, haha. Didn’t realize the price of it but better than the DRY wrap. Fries were good on both occasions.
Overall, staff is very friendly. Would try other item menu plates.

Expect an hour long wait time if arriving around 12 on a Sunday. Food was great but it did not meet the TikTok hype, at all. If you get bottomless mimosas, you have a one hour time limit plus 22% gratuity. Your server will give you a countdown before the hour is over. She also refilled the same champagne glasses for every refill! How unsanitary and disgusting. If I wasn’t there for a friend bday, I would have left at the first sight of that. I wasn’t drinking mimosas so didn’t affect me, but EW!!! Seating wasn’t comfortable, service was eh. Requested customizations for my meal and was told since a biscuit substitute wasn’t on the ordering device, I couldn’t get a biscuit i had to ask her if she could ask the kitchen to sub it, and she said it was a $3 upcharge for one biscuit lol, I paid it of course bc that’s what I wanted. Anyways what really pissed me off is them charging me $3 for a side of hollandaise sauce… I did ask for the side, but if she’d let me know, the biscuit was three dollars extra she could’ve let me know that the side of sauce would be extra too. ($3 sauce pictured lol) cappuccino wasn’t great. Lastly, my fork had food stuck on it from previous guest, had to ask for plasticware… I personally wouldn’t ever come back.

First timer attracted by the boston cream pancakes via online order. The pancakes looked nothing similar or were made as the photo displayed on the site. The pancakes were drenched all on top with nutella and little vanilla custard with nothing in between. I attempted to eat it, but it gave me a stomach ache. When I reached out to the restaurant, the MOD, Diana, was unprofessional and rude. Upon returning the food, she did not stop to LISTEN, was combative, and originally issued a partial refund. After I left, she called my phone to apologize and issued a full refund. She stated she realized the pancakes were not made properly, after previously stating the food won’t look as displayed on the site. This review could have been prevented if what she did last was done first. I am not a customer is always right person, but I do expect the person in charge to be professionally equipped for the role. Due to this experience, The Diner is a one and done for me.
