This isn’t the first time this has happened even in the last couple days my fiance gets out after one am. I was even on speaker when he ordered so I could know that he ordered correctly. I have an egg white allergy which he explains when he takes off the mayo on my sandwich. However they also won’t cook fish at this time. And they still put mayo on my chicken sandwich and one chicken sandwich was overdone and one was way undercooked. Thank you McDonald’s for making me sick when I don’t have insurance. They also didn’t cook my fiances burger it’s very red in the middle hoping he doesn’t get sick too. I will be in in the morning for a report or something bc this isn’t ok to keep doing to people and it doesn’t happen as often during the day. Also sorry had to put this on here public but they disconnected their phone or send it straight to voicemail so there is no one to voice these concerns to atm. I want my allergy medical bills paid for this and the last time at least just isn’t ok to keep doing to people. Almost broke my tooth on the overdo chicken too. If there’s something wrong with that tooth I want that paid for too.

Some days are better than others but today was bad. No ice, cold stale food, long wait time with 3 cars in drive thru. Manager was less than pleasant and asking questions got no response. Not sure what the deal is with staff today but if I were to say anything based on today’s customer service and less than adequate food, I’d say don’t go to this McDonalds.

Everything is so slow. Drive through literally took 30 minutes to get through. 11am on Dec 4th the people you had working the windows were beyond slow and rude.
Edit: It got much worse. I wrote that review while waiting because it took so long. Right after writing I watched the lady handing out food put her hands down the back of her pants, stuff the trash down with her hands, and then handle my food all without gloves or cleaning, absolutely disgusting. After getting food, I didn’t get the promo items I ordered, my food was stone cold, and my burger was done completely wrong. I wasted 30 minutes waiting for food I can’t even eat. This was horrible.

I placed an order on the app for a free quarter pounder with cheese using my rewards points. Picked it up at the counter after about 5 minutes, and it was cooked fresh too as it was quite hot. 5 ! This location has a play place attached to the front of it.

Ordered through Door Dash. Order delivered but missing snack wrap. I called to say they had not filled the order correctly and want a refund for the missing snack wrap. I was told it was not their problem and to contact Door Dash. Door Dash delivers what McDonalds packs. To add misery the food was not hot the fries cold wimpy, chicken nuggets crispy but lukewarm. Miserable way to have a meal. Poor quality control. Poor management. Slow, not cheap, missing food…. Ugh..skip this McD’s

I got my order. And did A quick check. Well not good enough. I got all the way to Meijer. And we started eating. Then noticed My Quarter pounder NO Cheese. Was not there
I called and asked them if I came back. Can I get my sandwich. They seemed cool about it. “It was really really busy” well after I got there. I asked someone for help. Told them I had A missing sandwich. Well 15 min later…… I get this grease filled, SPIT on food. This is absolutely disgusting and who ever let this go out in the first place? And just so everyone knows. I really was never rude about this. I totally get the short staff, And the fact there was 15 people in line. But to get this mess this is border line to do to someone

I have been here multiple times to pick up a doordash and if its busy i do expect a wait time but this was different they had no lines and barely any orders i got there at around 4:12 and didnt get the food until 4:30 as an ex employee this is a joke considering the doordash only had 7 items one being bacon and a cookie and drink the longest thing to make on the order was a quarter pounder which should only take about 1:30 -2 mi max not only that when i brought it to the attention of a manager he said he didnt even have an order now as an ex employee of a different mcdonalds i know that trick where they serve it off the screen to keep their times down which is ridiculous considering things like that happen where he wasnt even aware of the order and because im not gonna lie i got an attitude with him he got pissy and said if you are gonna be like that you may leave all because i know the secrets of how long things should take and how you shouldnt serve off the orders until they are done so stuff like this doesnt happen

I’ve worked fast food when I was in sonic and let me tell you it was busier than it is here, here they always forget the sauce, and a couple other things I wouldn’t id make sure to first ask what sauce first and always have it in the bag first.

He was polite, paid attention to other customers, as well, AND corrected the incorrect order I received immediately! I cannot tell you how many times that I’ve been to this location and the staff is just dismissive and cold. Thank God someone did something right by hiring him!

I ordered two grinch meals tonight got all the way home I had no shaker bags nor pickle salt what a disappointment then tried calling and I get the cellular customer is not available at this time I called the number online and this is what it tells me. Then I open my Big Mac and the meat killed like it was mangled no big deal e we just chalked it up to someone didn’t want to work today so they took our out on the customers.
