Had a horrible experience with the driver thru worker just now. He was very rude, took our order wrong, tried to charge us $34 for 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken strip basket. Just passive aggressive the whole time. Every negative stereotype about ordering at a fast food drive thru combined into one experience.

I was going to complain that I had to eat the dessert part of the meal because the meal was taking too long for a drive through and it was melting. Then I remembered…wait before I complain because most likely it’s only because I’m upset at the moment.
Glad I waited. The wait was worth it. The food was fresh and good-tasting. I go to that one at least 2x a month, never for hot food. That’s prob why I waited a little longer than usual. Perception.
I will say though, the sign in the window looks a little shoddy and DQ isn’t shoddy. Should be cleaned up a little. Still 5 stars.

I entered the restaurant and could detect a foul odor. I addressed it with the shift leader Jaime and she said, “I don’t know about that.” I also entered the restroom and there was a foul odor in there too. It’s apparent cleanliness is not their priority. I also witnessed Jaime helping a line of customers. She finished helping one customer and then darted off to the back without acknowledging the remaining single customer waiting in line, who looked dumbfounded by her behavior. If this is how management acts, the other staff are likely poorly trained as well. I’m not going back.

Went through the drive thru around 7 PM and waited about 30 mins. Understandable if the place was short-staffed. Although once I got to the speaker to order, you could barely hear them. This is an issue especially for me because I am hard of hearing and the drive thru was the most convenient for me and I’ve never had issues with speakers being this quiet before. We got to the window finally and we were greeted by a very rude younger lady with glasses and a tattoo on her arm. She asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said yes, and then she handed me my card back and said “No receipt?” but she had an attitude this entire interaction. Maybe do better and hire people who actually want to do their job, or she needs a coaching.

Went through drive-through to get a small cone. Service was great, cone was spectacular and awesome like always. My only issue was that a small cone is over $4 bucks now. A small cone…. wow. That said, it doesn’t matter cause their cones are the best…. I think they know they got me at any price. I need to buy some DQ stock!

I had an issue with an in-app order (my fault) and Jamie was amazingly helpful. She cleared up the issue without any pushback. She made my order to perfection and did it quickly. Great customer service. And the mixing bowl mashup blizzard is delicious!

I dont expect much from fast food but DQ was the place to go for chicken tenders for me. This time they were just so dry! And the coating seemed different.
The cheeseburger was not liked. The ice cream was such a small amount and they forgot my sundae. $7.
