First timer here. Service and atmosphere were exceptional. My selection of French dip sandwich was average. I am not too fond of large potato wedges, I prefer skinny regular fries. Everything else was great. Next time I will try dinner time service. Valet parking is on site. Also some street parking is available during certain hours.

Chose to go here for our yearly christmas dinner and it was a great place for just this occasion! We got the bread service for an appetizer and added some pita bread for extra both were great and the bread was very soft. The filet Mignon was amazingly cooked and seasoned to perfection at medium doneness. The garlic mashed potatoes i could not stop eating… sooo good , but the macaroni and cheese had a strange flavor and was a little mushy , like the noodles were overcooked. The mixed green salad was very good, i ended up getting ranch with it , but the ranch had a little bit too much of a mayonnaise taste for my liking. We sat in a booth, which was spacious and right by the kitchen to where we could see it behind us, our kids were impressed with that and the restaurant was pretty quiet and relaxing. Our waiter did a great job. He was very attentive and gave recommendations. Last but not least was dessert we got the butter cake , which my husband and I both agreed was very tasty. It was a great evening over all

When you come here, you know exactly what you’re walking into: a place that takes food and service seriously. We started with the bread service, and it really set the tone. Warm, flaky, almost like a croissant meets sourdough, with three different butters that were all worth trying.
I ordered the bacon appetizer and it was incredible. Easily something I’d put on the best BLT ever. The tortilla soup was rich, comforting, and full of flavor.
For my main course, I went with the Wagyu short skirt steak. It melted like butter and the Parmesan steak fries were the perfect match. Meals like this are hard to come by.
My best friend ordered the filet mignon medallions. They were good, but they could’ve used more char, and they came out a bit cool and a little light on flavor. Still enjoyable, just not on the same level as everything else we had.
Dessert was a must. I won’t over explain it — the pictures say enough. It was fantastic.
Service was outstanding. Our server kept drinks filled, was genuinely friendly, and even helped us take photos. Felt like a team effort the whole time. Parking is valet only, but they don’t charge. Just tip. Honestly, it’s convenient not having to worry about parking and getting seated faster.
Overall, a great experience, great food, and worth the visit. Don’t overthink it — go enjoy it.

My partner and I had a lovely dinner date at B&B Butchers this past Tuesday evening. We called to make a reservation the day of and were given multiple time slot options. We were seated immediately upon arriving and the hostess offered different seating options. Our server, Tyler, was attentive and personable and helped us with our course selections.
We opted for the ravioli appetizer to share. The marsala sauce was rich & creamy and the raviolis were cooked properly. I ordered the beef wellington and my boyfriend had the flank steak with steak fries. He asked if the kitchen was able to provide aioli with his dish and they not only brought him one, but two different freshly made aiolis to use. We shared some lobster mac and cheese as well, which was heavenly.
The portion size & quality of both our main dishes and lobster mac was impressive. Decadent flavors yet balanced well for a very satisfying meal.
For an upscale establishment, this steakhouse still felt very cozy and welcoming. I enjoyed the subtle Holiday decorations & overall ambiance. We will definitely be back.

First of all the customer service was top notch, they were highly professional. The ambiance was amazing, the food tastes so good. Their bread and the desert was the highlight for me, it tastes super amazing! I’m not an alcoholic person but I took enough glasses of mocktails yes it was that good and not sugary at all. I recommend

Definitely worth every penny spent. The Wagyu filet was cooked to absolute perfection. Service from our waiter was exceptional and the drinks were amazing. I booked a birthday reservation upstairs and unfortunately someone bought out the entire upstairs area. This was not relayed and my party was sat inside near the fire exit. When I spoke to the hostess she seemed to have cared less about anything I was saying. I did have higher expectations considering I made a reservation specifically to sit upstairs only to be brushed off on a special occasion.

We chose B&B Butchers to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, hoping for a special night out, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
The evening started well with the three slices of thick-cut bacon appetizer, which I’d say is a must-try — rich, flavorful, and the highlight of our dinner.
After that, though, the food just didn’t measure up. The mac & cheese had an odd vinaigrette-like taste instead of the creamy richness you’d expect, and the mashed potatoes were bland with a bitter aftertaste. I ordered my steak medium-well with just a little pink, but it came out medium-rare, which wasn’t what I asked for.
When I mentioned the issue to our waitress, she seemed frustrated and said she would take it back to the chef. At the end of the night, however, we still ended up paying for food we didn’t eat because it had been sent back. That left a bad taste in more ways than one — especially for an anniversary dinner.
The atmosphere is nice, and I can see the appeal if everything goes right, but for the price point and reputation, the food and service should have been far better. Unfortunately, aside from the bacon appetizer, our experience just didn’t live up to expectations.

We visited B&B Butchers tonight for my birthday and our 28th wedding anniversary. My husband made reservations mentioning our celebration. Our waiter started out attentive, but the service became uneven as the night went on. I had to ask for the wine list three times, I had to ask for salt/pepper while all other tables were equipped with them, and our waiter missed the note from the hostess that we were celebrating both a birthday and an anniversary. When I asked he said, “I’m sure she told me, but I must have missed that”, so, after having to ask, the excitement of a birthday/anniversary celebratory dessert was lost.
The food was just okay, but the experience didn’t match the level we expected for the price or from our prior experience. Unfortunately, we will likely find somewhere else to celebrate special occasions.

Easily one of my favorite resturants in Houston. Atmosphere is calm. Waitstaff are friendly and super knowledgeable and make great suggestions. Full bar with capable bar tenders who make amazing drinks. The food is nothing short of phenomenal. I highly recommend the garlic whipped potatoes, chef tommys bacon, and any of the various steaks.
