We stopped here for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the voice from the drive thru menu box. It was AI !!! The voice was pleasant and understood what we said as it confirmed our order with words we could understand. Good move Bo! The young lady who gave us our food was also pleasant. Great experience today with AI. Our breakfast was also very tasty. Coffee, chicken biscuit, sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit and tater rounds which had a hint of onion flavor. All good!! I’ll be back to Bojangles for breakfast soon. Thank you Bo!

The new boneless chicken wings with the peach sauce was a delicacy. Bojangles has well seasoned chicken with a delectable crisp. The price was very reasonable and it was served hot and fast. There was zero wait time. I always have had a favoritism towards these establishments. This one in particular had great service and food amongst other locations, it was slightly better.

The morning crew this morning 3/4/26 was amazing the cashier was phenomenal went beyond for us and for that made my day after spending the night in the hospital for a mini heart attack ♥️ she lifted this girl up and didn’t even know what she did .. the food was great hot and fresh and they were clean and super friendly .. we work over the road, we see and rate a lot of places and for this bojangles and the morning crew I say I would definitely go back and say 100 percent if your in that area you must stop in and grab the bbq sandwiches thank you all so much for making my day a lot better ..

We went through the drive thru for breakfast. The biscuits were fresh and good. The service at the window was quick and the guy was friendly. So glad this place is much better than it used to be!

The food was good and easily lived up to the brand. It’s very clear that Management is lacking on the training of customer service. My experience was that I was waiting for someone to come to the register and take my order. I didn’t have to wait long, the young lady walks to the register and stares at me. Didn’t say a word so I just gave her my order. The customer behind me wasn’t familiar with BoJangles like myself and asked the same young lady, what is the steak biscuit and received the response “it’s a steak biscuit” She asked the question again and received the same response again. There was a gentleman in the dining area cleaning and was doing a very great and detailed job.

Food was dry and over seasoned. Employees had to be prompted to make my order after 15 minutes of waiting, and they had a very insufficient amount of sauce in stock.

I buy Bojangles 3-piece meals with 2 sides of dirty rice, alot. It’s my favorite fast food. Today we stopped at the location in Emporia, VA along Hwy 58. Let me say this: In all my travels, this was the best Bojangles dirty rice that I’ve hand at ANY Bojangles locations. The chicken was excellent, as well. But, the rice “knocked my socks off”!

Excellent service in my home town food was really good freshly cooked everything staff was very professional and very friendly no problems taking our order of the 50 piece chicken dinner they did not have a problem cooking and everything was great wool returned again .
