We had a great experience at KOW CO. BBQ & Smoke House. I ordered the brisket along with the Caesar and garden salads. Overall, the food was delicious and we really enjoyed it. My only minor issue was that the brisket served a bit cold, but the waiter was happy to reheat it for me. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

I was put onto this spot by a good friend, and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin — this place is a full-on food experience. From the moment I walked in, the aroma alone had me ready to dive in. I ordered one of their burgers and let me tell you, this thing wasn’t just big… it was monstrous. A proper heavyweight champion. I demolished it in seconds, no hesitation. Every bite was stacked with flavour — juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned.
And the chips? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, the kind you keep eating even when you’re full. The brisket was another level too — soft, smoky, and melt-in-your-mouth good. You can tell they put real love and effort into their food, nothing rushed, nothing sloppy. Everything just hits the spot.
The vibes of the place were great as well — warm, welcoming, and the kind of spot you instantly feel comfortable in. It’s the perfect stop after a long day of exploring, and easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Jordan.

The appetizer platter, the brisket and the mushroom burger everything was delicious, burger is your basic mushroom burger so nothing crazy.
We ended it with dessert, the date pudding was very good!

I also want to recognize Mo’taz for his outstanding service. he was very friendly and gave a warm welcome that made the visit even better. Highly recommended!

The meat there is delicious! We tried the brisket, short ribs, tomahawk, and the Wagyu Cross Ribeye. All were delicious. The portions were good. However, the portion of meat in the Wagyu Cross Ribeye was kind of small, especially since it doesn’t come with any sides. Even the salad is very good. The service is great. The restaurant itself is pleasant and the design is good and not too exaggerated. This restaurant is suitable for families. One thing though is that the smoking area feels isolated from the rest of the restaurant.
