I’ve been coming here for several years and for the most part they are great. I’ve had 3 issues lately and they have all been with the morning crew. All 3 times it was an issue with my order. There is a big difference in attention to detail from the morning staff and the evening staff. I called the manager today and she brushed it off saying they didn’t have everything to make my order correctly. OK understandable, I would have been fine to order something else had I know that. Don’t just not say anything and hope the customer doesn’t notice.

Alwats good food, clean and polite Devine service. Generally not spicy so for those who like more tex than mex in their tex-mex, it’s perfect. I enjoy the salsa bar where I can add some heat to my food. I’m just a fan of more traditional spicy Mexican food and at times Rosas doesn’t cut it. I will say their fresh made tortillas, salsa, chips, and tamales are great. Oh and don’t forget to celebrate taco Tuesdays! The high ceilings inside lend an estetic that reminds me of old Spanish architecture, giving it an open airy feeling when dining and surrounding guests don’t seem loud at all. They have a speedy drive though, too.

I been to roses multiple times and I have NEVER gotten a bowl that was the size of my 8oz salsa and for the price I paid for it was truly an unacceptable size! I did ask the lead on shift and she said “he just make it small” and gave me extra cheese. Very unacceptable.

Had the breakfast tacos and used the drive-thru around 9:30am. They were very fast and friendly. The tacos are big, well stuffed, and delicious; worth the price. Tortillas were I will return for lunch/dinner.

We had a death in my family and had a lot of people to feed after the burial. The Rosa’s crew especially Anita and the manager were so sweet and came through above and beyond. The food and love that was shown will always be top notch!

It seems like every time I come to this location it gets worse!! I went for 2 bean and cheese burritos this morning and they are cold as ice the cheese isn’t even a little bit melted inside. It’s like they opened their beans put them in a cold tortilla and threw cheese and wrapped it up… smh cold as ice! I can’t even go back I am at work! Do better
