Been coming here for a few months now after I moved to this area and the other night I had a bad experience where I had to sit in the drive through line for over 20 mins, it wasn’t that busy so I was frustrated. I gave them feedback about this issue and they gave me a free meal to make up for it. The quality of food, the service and the atmosphere is top notch with these guys. I NEVER write good reviews most of the reviews I write are always bad. Love this place.
Edit: Let me also just say, I went to Wendy’s last night (my girl wanted it not me, I despise Wendy’s) and it was the first interaction I’ve had with an AI robot up at the window. And it was horrible. The experience felt wrong and not human. PDQ is the only place I can go to where I have to talk a human in order to make my order. You don’t even get an INTERCOM at PDQ. And that’s beautiful. We are too disconnected in this world and I hate the fact that human interaction is becoming more and more rare. PDQ is the only restaurant I can go to where human interaction isn’t tarnished. Some people don’t/wont understand how important that is.

I recently ordered the five count Garlic Parmesan tenders they were everything I was craving. They were incredibly juicy and tender. Although I found the price ($11.38) for 5 tenders on the smaller side a bit excessive. Khalid’s service was amazing and incredibly hospitable he personally checked on my order and table assuring my families satisfaction. Overall the quality of the food and service are amazing.

I go to the PDQ in Brandon all the time so I was quite disappointed with this location. I ordered 5 crispy tenders and they were not fresh. They were barely warm. At Brandon I have literally never been able to immediately start eating because the food is always fresh. Will not return to this location.

Took a little road trip and found ourselves hungry and looked around….saw the PDQ, and I was like, we are going there since my husband has never been.
The restaurant is very clean and the staff professional. We ordered the chicken tenders, mac and cheese, and the spicy chicken. The food was served hot (plus in my book), the chicken was juicy, and the Mac n cheese cheesy. It was some good ole comfort food and hit the spot.
The lemonade was refreshing and ice cold.
Prices are competitive.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

We placed an order for about 16 people and they took care of us. They waited till half the order was complete to smart making the shakes. Offered plenty of sauces and plates for everyone. Speed could have been a little faster but we did come in 1 1/2 before closing so understandable. Quality was outstanding. All the drinks were made properly

I would put PDQ in the same category as cane’s or Zaxby’s BUT…. It has way more sauces which makes it much more fun! A lot of locations in Florida and the kindest staff. Be sure to stop in to sauce heaven and give your taste buds the ride they have been asking for
