To be clear this for the popeyes in lapeer..We tried popeyes today for first time we got the 9 pieces chicken meal w biscuts and Mac and cheese and coleslaw..where to start..they are new business so service is slow cause they were very busy..The chicken was crunchy and juicy inside but completely flavorless a true disappointment as I’ve been waiting for them to open since I heard about it and heard how good it is..the Mac n cheese is just generic same you get at KFC or any fast food ..the cole slaw was not so good..its seasoned w dill I believe and has a very different taste, not horrible but not to ourr liking..and a little container not even full was $5:89 very over priced..the best part was the biscuts they were good..pretty sad all in all..We will not be going back..

It took 20 minutes to get our food and when I went to sit down every single table was disgusting so I had to ask for a cloth to wash them and she hands me a dry rag that I had to go to the bathroom to put soap and water on so I could clean the table! The bathrooms were so dirty and wet with no wet floor sign anywhere. They had no Penny’s or one dollar bills to make change for a twenty!! When we finally do get our food they had literally just thrown it in the bag and everything was a mess. All the employees looked like they had no idea what they were doing and had absolutely no respect for the costumers!

I did an online order got a free sandwich and a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich combo, my sandwich was without mayo, but I also received no bacon, no cheese, just bread chicken and pickles. I tried contacting the location. The number online was not working which is the same non working number online the receipt. I live 20 minutes away from this location via the highway. Going right back was a Negative. The employees were nice to me, I just wish my order had been correct.

Foods good. service is probably the worst you can possibly get. Can be completely dead and you will still have to wait 15 minutes to get your Oder in the drive thru. Employees always have an attitude. With Chic Fil A down the street it’s a no brainer just go there.

I ordered my meal at 12 in the morning. 12:55pm, it was canceled and refunded. It was scheduled for pick-up at 1:30. They ran out of what I ordered before I could go get it. It was COMPLETELY taken off the menu online when I went to put it back in. But I had to go to a different location further away because they sold out before my order, even though it was in for so long. Never have I ever had that happen before.

I would leave a negative rating if possible! I’m a Dasher for Door Dash and picked up 3 separate orders in 2 visits, both visits I had to wait an average of 15 minutes for the food. The staff was rude, the kitchen area was dirty and customers were being turned away if they could not pay by card, because they didn’t have a way to take anything but exact amount for cash. I have been to Popeyes in different areas and states and this location is by far the worst I have been to!

Waited 45 minutes for chicken tenders and when we got them they were cold. If I could leave negative stars I would. Employee came up to the window and spit in the garbage can next to where they bag up the food. Kitchen was disgusting. Do not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated like crap and get sick from the food.

Literally the worst place I’ve ever been was absolutely disgusting inside, they messed my order up so I went in to get it corrected when doing so the employee stated why do people have to be so picky so I let that slide she went to make my food didn’t wash her hands put gloves on stated making my sandwich as she’s making it shes making quiet remarks still I stayed quiet then her phone rings in her back pocket and she making food with picks the phone up and starts a conversation while I’m standing there in awe got denied a refund and still had to go buy food after spending over $40 cause we definitely wasn’t eating that! Will never return to this location!

I went in to order something for myself but after standing there for over 30 minutes and still wasn’t at the counter, I left. I have had their food before, it tasted great and although it was a small wait, it was fine. Today was ridiculous. There were 3 dashers waiting, a lady in front of me, another dasher and multiple customers behind me and that’s not including the people that left already. I understand y’all are busy but there was no sense of urgency besides one lady. Very causal and unbothered. Would not recommend unless you have about an hour of your time to spare and don’t go anywhere around the time people might be out for lunch.
