Zero stars if that were actually an option.
This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered wings and fries and had to send the wings back the first time because they were completely dry, hard, and clearly not fresh. They tasted like they had already been cooked, sitting under a heat lamp, and then reheated and served to us.
We called and asked for a replacement thinking maybe it was a fluke. Nope. The second batch came back with the exact same problem. Dry. Hard. Overcooked. Unacceptable. At that point it was obvious this is how they serve their wings here.
The only edible thing in the entire order was the fries. Everything else went straight in the trash.
This isn’t just disappointing. It’s disrespectful to customers to serve food like this twice in a row. Wings are literally the main thing you’re known for and somehow you still managed to completely fail at them.
I will never order from this location again, and I strongly suggest anyone reading this think twice before wasting their money.

NEVER ORDER TO-GO. Overall, food sucks, and service is mixed. Appetizers are somehow worse quality than frozen grocery. Wings are small but with tasty sauces; somehow and unfortunately, I always get 80% flats. To-go wings never have sauce and wings mixed; it’s always drizzled on top… There is often no worker to be found, and they always cheap out on celery and sauces to-go. Dine-in service is significantly better.

I came here because I wanted some B dubs well, that’s how I referenced it in Ohio because that’s how I’ve kind of gotten into it. My boyfriend never came here so I decided to bring him here one night for dinner. I actually got him really helped and he really enjoyed this restaurant for a first time. The food and the wings were just amazing. The food was hot and fresh. The server I had was fantastic. I wish I had his name, but he was so attentive super helpful from the beginning. He overall made the experience a lot better just because of how great he was. If anyone needs to go to Buffalo wild wings, come here, it’s very chill, very clean, and the service is amazing.

I ordered through Uber Eats, but the large fries were missing even though I paid extra for them. They didn’t include any napkins or utensils either. It’s really disappointing and embarrassing for such a large order.

I redeemed my birthday wings. I havent been here in awhile due to my favorite flavor being removed. Glad i stopped coming here i know my wings were free for my birthday but u didnt have to give me breading and very little sause. Very disappointing

Today on 12/21/25 at around 4:30 (check the schedule) the female working the pick up counter was absolutely rude to my husband . She slammed my daughter’s apple juice on the counter , sighed when my husband asked for it , couldnt find pur order that was legit right in front of her on the counter & not in the back for WHATEVER REASON . He came back & told me everything & based on everything he told me she was CRAZY RUDE . Our food is cold our fries are definitely not hot at all . Im super disappointed because we never had an experience like this before .

We purchased the bogo wings and it was very disappointing. The chicken was extremely salty and super dry!!! The Buffalo sauce was so buttery that it was not edible. I’m so sick never will I ever come back. It’s been 2 and half year since I came here and today proved how terrible this is. My photos are close ups or all the oil and dry looking chicken. Just yuck

Let me go step by step, first when my family and I went there to get dinner at 8:00pm, the place looked closed whit ligths off, I asked if it was normal and they said they where gonna turn them on, that the person in charge to turn them on didnt do so… well. At the time we left, the ligths where still off.
Now, about the service, the guy was trying his best but was not focused, Took our order but after that everything started to go crazy, they bring the food, but no napkins, silverware or drinks, we asked for a Sampler and food, well. After a wile I had to stand up and look for the waiter, then asked for drinks, napkins and silverware, then went back to sit and waited for around 10 minutes to get drinks, then. Took time to get silverware and napkins. So most likely the secuense that should be followed was absurd. Instead of getting drinks, when placing the order, wile bringing drink leave straws and napkins, then procede to bring sampler wile cooking main order, not the way it whent down. Now let me speak about the food, hamburgers where prety bad, greasy and not that good, boneless, I could say they dont deep in mango abanero sauce the bonless. But they do on that vinagre based nasty hot sauce…. ( sorry for nasty but thats my opinion ), then fríes where over cooked, my friends wife asked for tater toat and got fríes instead, but the chicken salad, the lettuce was frech but was the thik end of the lettuce, chicken was good but to much orégano. Now that I took my time to write the hole thing, hope they can work on service and food, I still left tip as I allways do… even so….

The food was very good and our waiter was on it.. I got a sampler that has wings, loaded nachos, onion rings and cheese sticks.. My son got their chicken strips. Only issue i had was it was a bit loud for me but everything else was on point…
