When I got home to eat the chicken meal I could not eat this ish! The chicken tasted like old rotten wood and it was quite disappointing. The chicken and fries tasted like it had been sitting around for a very long time, like 2 days. The skin’s toughness was noticeable. Unfortunately, both the fries and chicken were dry and lacked flavor. The food’s age was apparent. The coleslaw was also bland. I did not bothered to even taste the piece of bread. Even My dog tasted it and growled; he did not eat it either. I just threw the whole meal in the garbage. That whole meal was OLD and below standards. How ironic that they had the sanitizing pack in with the chicken meal. That is very unsanitary to have that pack in with the meal! Don’t know how many hands been on that packet.

Never been to a Rush’s. Busy on a Saturday at lunch. Clean. Really fast service. Fried chicken was good. Chili sauce tasty and not spicy. Hamburger was good but not exceptional. Fries were hot and fresh.
One stall bathroom… surprising for a restaurant this size.
Overall, an average fast-food burger experience.
Oh, got their apple turnover, too. More like a fried apple pie. Tasty. Pepsi products. Ask at counter for refills.

I stopped by on a whim during lunchtime when the parking lot was crammed. Glancing at the menu, I realized it had been a while since I last had fried chicken, so I decided to order a chicken basket. The fried chicken was some of the juiciest I had ever tasted, coated in just the right amount of batter. The cool coleslaw was also excellent, with the perfect amount of mayonnaise. I’ll be back.

Not sure what has changed at this location within the last 6 months, but it is a GREAT change! The food is so much better. The service at the drive-through is efficient and so courteous. The young man, Amir, at the window makes sure you have everything you need with your order, from straws to extra napkins! You are doing a great job, Rush’s on Harbison Boulevard!!!

Went through drive thru today to get chicken that I hadn’t had in a long time from rushes cause they’re usually so busy. It’s one of my favorite restaurants, this morning I asked for extra ketchup., And you would’ve thought I asked the lady for her own wallet, She was so rude, Completely lost my appetite for rushes after that, a smile goes a long way, And quite frankly, you should not be at a drive-through window if you’re not polite and professional. Definitely won’t be visiting this Rush’s anymore.

Love this place! We try to schedule our trips through Columbia around 12:00 so we can stop by and have the BEST Burger around. Our favorite order is the hamburger basket, no slaw, extra fries. Rush’s is always clean!

Got to the store, they was extremely busy, of course the day before Thanksgiving. Then I overheard an employee say, why they here Chipotle’s is across the street. I thought WOW, great customer service, I should’ve left then, because I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a 3 pc dark and received a 2 pc white.

It’s… alright. I can’t recommend it for burgers, fries, and shakes but you could do worse.
Had the cheeseburger basket and an oreo milkshake. The burger is a good size but the lettuce had the bun so wet it fell apart and the meat wasn’t anything to write home about. The fries were fresh but too lightly salted (not requested). The milkshake contained plenty of oreo but was also watery.

My favorite place for lunch. I usually get the fried chicken basket but the burger and chicken sandwich baskets are good too. This particular location has a sweet senior citizen who comes around and refills tea and collects trash. Great place!
