My first time at this IHop @ 1494 A Wade Hampton Blvd.
We had Rosemary as our server. She is a pleasure and such a wonderful woman. Our service was great. She didn’t miss a thing and kept my coffee hot and full.

I hope you get McKenzie as your server!!! We had not been to an IHop in about 5 years & we were so surprised at the menu choices! The food was superb & the service was spectacular! McKenzie made recommendations from the menu & I definitely recommend getting some bacon! It was cooked perfectly & everything we ordered was cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back A LOt!

Walked in to get a table, there was a party of 6 in front of me. As the party in front of me follows the server to their table, a person doing a pickup walks through the door and the other server immediately asked the person what they can help them with. It was very clear I was not with the party being seated, and obviously I was there waiting for a place to enjoy a breakfast. After bringing it to the attention of the server, she apologized with “sorry, I was putting an order in”. Then proceeds to continue to find the order for the person who walked in behind me. As I started making it clear that I was there to be seated, another server came to seat me, threw down my menu and said “here”….0/10 on service. Server just sat me down and walked away? Since when dont they get the drink order started? After looking through the menu for @ 5 minutes and still no server, I got up and walked out. No wonder all the IHOPs are going out of business. Will no longer be looking to eat at an IHOP, you can get better service at a McDonald’s, and I barely eat there….0/10

Chloe provided outstanding service during my visit to the IHOP located at 1494 W Wade Hampton Blvd in Greer, SC. She accurately took an order for two guests entirely from memory, without using paper or pen, and our meals were delivered exactly as requested, including my hashbrowns prepared “scattered and done.” Her professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency demonstrate that she is truly on her A-game, and this location should be very pleased to have her as part of the team.

Showed up at the time I was told through the app online. I show up to pick up my order and it’s completely incorrect. Why would I order a Crepe combo to just get crepes plain in a box!?! Bacon was hard as a rock, did not give my toast for my over easy eggs…. How can they miss up so much I mean I haven’t eaten here in years and really it’s gone down hill shoulda just went to Waffle House!

Our server Rosemary was a true DELIGHT! We had a big group with 5 kids and she greeted us with brightness and treated us with care through our whole time here.
Our food was fantastic, the bathrooms and dining area were both so clean. We are already excited to come back!

I love IHOP. The gluten friendly pancakes are delicious. I’ve gotten them with strawberries or blueberries and they’re always delicious. I did have to wait a while. The last time I came, but my server was very sweet. They were just so busy which is great, because the food is delicious. Makes sense.

I gave 1 star to atmosphere because it was FREEZING COLD.
The food was awful, over greases bacon, and fish.
And could not seem to get soft scrambled eggs right.
And the waitress seemed annoyed with my dissatisfaction.
When she asked me how things were, I just said no comment, and she just WALKED OFF!
Then my son is eating , he noticed that his fish and shrimp platter was MISSING THE SHRIMP, midway into the meal.. needless to say, the service was in no way up to par.
Two thumbs down!
The eggs were not soft or medium as you can see them cooked through, the fish had a weird look to it that made it look like it was cook and re- cook in grease , or maybe the grease was older or something but not what you would get if you went to maybe a Harbor Inn for sure.
But the shrimp looked more like what they should have been.
But not sure how they tasted as my son left most of them on the plate uneaten.

Up to now, everything I’ve gotten at this IHOP has been excellent. With it being Xmas eve, I splurged and got the T-Bone steak & eggs. Regarding the steak, they must have started with the cheapest steak they could find…maybe from China. Then they seemed to have boiled or steamed it. When it got to me it had no taste. It took a lot of steak sauce to make it palatable, and it had the texture of rubber. Never making that mis-steak again. Oh, and meal cost was ~18.99.

Gigi and McKenzie were phenomenal! The food was phenomenal, especially the French toast! The atmosphere was phenomenal even though we have about 20 people in our group coming to celebrate a graduation. They truly made the evening much more memorable for us and even helped my husband decorate. When it comes to unreasonable hospitality, Gigi and McKenzie delivered. Thank you ladies and thank you IHOP!
