PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING!!!!

I was in the airport at around 7am to get on a flight back home and I decided I’d try out THE ONLY COFFE PLACE OPEN aside from Starbucks which had a queue of like 20 people. Safe to say I should’ve waited in the Starbucks line because this food and service was HORRIBLE. I bought a medium iced vanilla latte and an apple danish thing for around $10-12 (which you might be thinking to yourself, “hm this is a good price”, which it WOULD BE if it wasn’t extremely expired). I walk back to my gate and open my pastry and it’s MOLDY, GREEN I tell you. There is green and grey fuzz on my DANISH!!!! EW. Not to mention I already was suspicious of the latte because it smelled super weird but I drank a big swig of it anyways. Then upon opening my revolting pastry I realized the milk was definitely expired. I smelled it again and, with certainty could conclude it was in fact expired milk. I went back and returned my items and they said “oh get her one from today!” and gave me another pastry with the SAME TONGS that touched the moldy one. I did not eat the new pastry. They did not care about the service the were providing and did not care about mine or anyone else’s health. Don’t waste ya money!!!!

What a lovely bunch of ladies working at this coffee shop. Anna , Brenda and Ke’Amber were especially friendly. Ke’Amber took our order and a smile and kind words. Brenda chatted with us a few times as well. The coffee and tea were perfect! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

You walk up expecting a simple caffeine fix, and instead, you get a woman in red with braces and a guy with dreads who treat you like an intruder. The fact that they’re pointing and making you feel bad while they’re supposed to be working is the height of laziness. It’s that exact “annoyed attitude” where they act like they’re doing you a massive favor by acknowledging your existence. While you’re standing there waiting, they’re probably moving at a snail’s pace, more interested in their own drama than actually handing you a cup of coffee.
It’s embarrassing when you think about the service in Taipei or Tokyo, where people take actual pride in what they do. Here, you’ve got staff basically bullying the customers while the coffee is probably overpriced and mediocre anyway. It’s a total failure of management to let people act that way on the clock.
If you’re still near the counter, you should honestly just walk away and let them keep their bitter vibes.

Was pleasantly surprised to find this place in the airport. Service was super friendly coffee was really good and so was my egg cheese and sausage biscuit. Even the price wasn’t outrageous for an airport. Would like to see more of these all over the county.

The staff was very friendly, but the coffee was very poorly prepared. I ordered a medium americano. It came in a tall paper cup (far too much) which was filled to the top. As I poured a bit out, I noticed the fine grinds and brownish-water. It tasted like a watered down cup of Folgers. I am a coffee aficionado so I admit I have high expectations. But even if I were a drip coffee drinker, this was poorest quality.
