It is usually not a good experience at this location. This time I ordered cheeseburgers and half of the cheese was not even in the sandwich, it was just melted to the wrapping. Not to mention it looked like someone deliberately smashed the burgers because the bun was about the same thickness as the patty. The fry holder was only half full. Somebody there just does not care at all and it shows. I’ll be going to a different location from now on. McDonalds you should either a.) get a new GM or b.) get a new franchisee. Making you all look like an absolute joke. We don’t expect much considering the historical reputation, but trying to ruin people’s food is outrageous.

The only thing consistent with McDonald’s is their ability to hire the least capable yet most entitled employees. It’s honestly impressive how incapable these people are. I had to repeat my order twice at the speaker, then again at the pay window, then a 4th time at the pickup window. Yet lo and behold, the order was still wrong and the food I received was cold. I’m all for machines taking their place in the event that I ever come here again lol.

McDonald’s on Arizona Avenue and Ray Road. I will never go there again. On November 2, 2025 I Went through drive-through ordered breakfast and a coffee. The young lady passed me my coffee. The top popped off, cause it was so hot went all over my arm my hands my leg. I scream I cursed cause it was so hot she apologized. She took passed me a bunch of paper towels to clean off the car the coffee and then gave me a new top. The coffee was still so hot when I put the new top on it popped off as well. While I’m still sitting At the window cleaning up all the coffee the manager standing there not seeing anything. I don’t know if she can speak English, but she didn’t say I apologize. I’m sorry oh my God anything she just yelled me scream out and didn’t tell me to come in and take a report. Nothing I clean myself off. I go back in there and tell her I need to fill out report because she did not try to fill I never went to a place where someone get hurt and they do not acknowledge that I was burnt or hurt. Didn’t ask me as I was OK here it is February 2026 and when I call to talk to the insurance claim people no No response it’s like they don’t even care that I got burnt as much money. I didn’t get McDonald’s is the principal now that they would not concerned about my well-being I would never buy food from that McDonald’s again probably no McDonald’s cause I see how they treat their customers.

Food was hot, fresh and was made in 30 secs. Literally ordered on the app walked 40ft to the door and it was already prepared. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. People who cry about not getting pennies must live under a rock, i mean who pays with cash anymore anyways. People who complain about a messed up order and dont want to return, its fast food, what did you expect. This is why you check you items BEFORE you leave not when you get home. Ive had issues with this place just like ive had issues with every fast food place. This mcdonalds gets busy in the drive thru so be prepared to wait or head inside.

Evertime I come to this McDonald’s. I always ordered a frappe for breakfast. And they either say “sorry the machine isn’t working. Or when I ask for the correct change, they never give pennies. They always give me a quarter, dime, or nickel. They say the “don’t have pennies” it’s 730 in the morning. How could they not have pennies at 7:30 in the morning!

This location seems to have issues with getting orders correct. A sausage and egg biscuit without the egg? A hamburger without any condiments on it? We will be avoiding this location until they get a competent manager.

Witnessed a Heath code violation while visiting today.
We ordered from the drive through. Upon receiving our food, we noticed that they made our order incorrectly. I returned to the restaurant from the parking lot. I let the manager know about the issue and she took the unwrapped food items back from me to check them before remaking the order. She separated the buns to make sure the lettuce was actually there, as I claimed. Lol
Just overall horrible quality food. Wish we would’ve went to a different location. Every item in the Order was wrong and the burger patties were tough and felt like sandpaper smothered in ketchup and mustard.

We stopped for a quick breakfast. The place was clean with just the rainy day tracking that made the floors very slick. The bathroom was tidy as well. Which is a welcome sight. You need to get one of the employees to open it. So, take that into consideration if urgency is a thing. Egg sausage McMuffins were standard sandwiches. And did just what was needed, and filled the void in the tummy.
