Food is just OK. Portion sizes are big for the various fried chicken dishes, but my fish was a regular sized meal. Atmosphere would’ve been good, but it was incredibly cold. Our server was really sweet.

The to-go process is easy, and parking is sufficient. Everyone I encountered (on both visits) was so nice! My dine-in experience was great. My food arrived quickly. I was served by Mrs. Dana, and she was great! I bought the cutest pair of earrings for under $20, and chatted with Mrs.Janie who was working the store/greeting area. She’s a sweetheart! She told me that some of her jewelry that she purchased here has lasted over a decade and counting. I love this place, the service and the food!

My recent visit to Cracker Barrel was truly exceptional, making it much more than just a meal—it was an all-star service experience! The atmosphere was warm, the food was comforting, and the service was absolutely stellar, thanks to an incredible team managed by Virginia.
The true MVP of this Cracker Barrel location is, without a doubt, my favorite server, Dana. If this restaurant were a basketball court, Dana would be the Michael Jordan! Her attentiveness, speed, and genuinely cheerful attitude elevate the dining experience to a championship level. Seriously, if you want service that’s a perfect 10, ask for Dana.
However, the depth of talent here is remarkable. It’s clear that manager Virginia fosters a culture of excellence. I want to give honorable mentions to several other team members who provided fantastic service:
Angie: If Dana is Michael Jordan, then Angie is the phenomenal Scottie Pippen! An exceptional server whose service level is incredibly close to Dana’s—a true all-star teammate!
Celestial: Her name is fitting because she provides “out of this world” service! She brings a radiant and memorable quality to your dining experience.
Zoraya: A true gem—she is exceptionally hardworking, genuinely friendly, and incredibly attentive. She anticipates your needs before you even ask, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable meal.

I would recommend this Cracker Barrel because of the staff, especially Dana. I came in one Sunday on a whim and have been returning every Sunday since due to Dana, who should have 5 stars if one were available. Super friendly and attentive, and memorized my preferences (I’m picky). Great start to my Sunday. Go early and miss the churches turning out, plus limited parking. Single use straws are disappointing which is why Dana never brings me one.
