I stopped there on my way to Buffalo. I mean, I suppose they couldn’t help that they were a part of a rest stop in regard to the atmosphere.
The food was great; although, I asked for a medium fry and it was about as much in there as a small. The chicken sandwich was excellent with a sizable portion of chicken, not breading.

Ordered a number 1(Dave’s single) and number 2 (baconator). Received the number one and a regular cheese burger the first time so ran back to allow it to be made right got back to where I was going and the second one wasnt even correct. This one has two patties ketchup, mayo cheese and 2 small pieces of bacon!

Automatic one star rating simply due to their prices. They’re outrageously high. Like, unreasonably high. I wanted TWO junior bacon cheeseburgers. Only two. It came to $8 plus tax!!!! $4 each for a tiny little burger… im sorry, but that is INSANE. What’s even crazier is how everything keeps getting more and more expensive every year, but pay wages never go up. In all reality, THATS what makes this unbelievable.

Waited there for 15 minutes nobody takes the order. I was standing at the cashier they look at me and pretend like no one is there. Lady arguing with guy and guy yelling back at the lady. It wasn’t busy but still they have poor customer service.

If you get a baconator here, don’t expect it to be like it is at literally every other location. They don’t quite assemble it correctly, and the bacon here is as flat and thin as a sheet of paper, and you can’t even see the bacon unless you disassemble the burger so you might wind up asking for another, thinking they gave you the wrong burger.
It doesn’t help that they’re supposed to use 6 FULL strips of bacon on it, but at this location they’re using 6 half strips instead.
