I ordered from UBER eats. $33 for dinner alone. The food was great. The delivery girl was on time and friendly. 6/15 I just got another order. Great food. Hot and fresh. The UBER EATS driver was good looking too. Update: I placed another order from Moe’s. UBER EATS. The delivery driver was great but the food was bad. Look at the potions I received. They weren’t worth what I paid. It was a disappointment. Not sure if I’ll order from Moe’s again. Big let down.

Let me tell you about my experience! We went into Moe’s around 6:30 PM and the restuarant had about ten people in line. It was my turn to order and I ordered two taco meal kits. The staff told me it was going to be about ten minutes. During that time about another 25 customers walked in and my order took about 25 minutes. Most people would be upset; however, the team “Phi and Friends” were extremely charismatic and upbeat! They made sure every customer was having a great day! Happy New Years to that team!

Went and grabbed my food with no issues. Yeah, there was a bit of a wait, but that’s what happens when a place is understaffed. It’s not the workers’ fault, and they shouldn’t be expected to handle multiple customers each and cook at the same time. The Black guy was chill, and the cute short Black girl was helpful. They were both lighthearted.

Really disappointed in the “portion” I got. Background: My mom and myself both ordered the Adobe chicken bowl. I don’t think we got a true portion of anything! Rice was maybe half a spoon, beans barely covered the edge of the spoon (not even 2 teaspoons) chicken seemed like it was a toddler portion of 1/4 cup! Pico was 1 tablespoon, cheese maybe 2 tablespoons, and the question, ya know how you pay 2 extra dollars for it?? We got 2 half filled and half poured spoonfuls, not 2 full spoonfuls but maybe 1/2 of a spoonful. But oh boy did we get lettuce, a full handful of it (due to the inexpensive cost of it) and also asked for the Chipotle ranch that was a fair portion. My bowl looked like I ate it and that is what was left over from not being able to finish it. I will provide a picture. Now, I understand that each person will load your bowl differently but for 12 dollars this was a huge rip off. We did get chips and salsa free as stated in their board but I hardly think it made up for the actual lack of food.

Side note, salsa station was slightly messy and there were signage boards covering an entire booth. I had to wipe down our booth due to spilled food.

Googled copycat recipes and will be making my own Bowls at home from now on. So disappointed.

We went to Moe’s on the Vestal parkway we arrived at 8:50. Someone was walking out with like 10 bags of food. We were walking in as he was leaving and a girl behind the counter told us they were closed. It says on your website and door that you close at 9 pm if your open for business you should be serving customers. I work in food service and we take customers up until we close no exceptions. If you close at 8:50 you should state other wise.. it’s terrible customer service!!

Just stood in line for almost 10 minutes while there was 1 person being helped and 1 other customer in the restaurant. 3 employees behind the counter, one of them helping a customer and the other two just trying to look busy. Never seen a crew so lazy, left before I could order.

Use to be the best moes in the area. Not so much anymore. 1st customers of the day, burrito was small, majority of drinks unavailable, bathroom stunk like cigarettes and had dried chewing tobacco all over the sink, tables still dirty, and staff not very friendly.

Had a $600 catering order, ordered 1 week ahead of time. They only had 1 warming tray. (Was told “st least you didn’t have to pay for it”)
I saw them opening plastic microwaved bags of taco meat and dumping the meat into the trays. Beef was chewy and tasted like the lowest quality meat they make. Very salty and chewy.
Order not ready on time. Staff did not offer to help carry order out.
Sent email, no response! Look elsewhere is my advice.

Great food. Not a 5 because as most places like this the server gets Parkinsons as they scoop your meat and what looks like a good scoop gets shaken down to not a alot of meat. One of those places where you think should I get double meat? But good atmosphere and good food. Staff is always a trip to look at these days too.
