This establishment offers a refined yet relaxed environment, making it an excellent choice for an evening meal—particularly for patrons who appreciate the ambiance of televised sports. Seating is self-directed, after which attentive service is promptly extended by the waitstaff.
Although the pricing of the wings feels elevated relative to their category, the Peanut Burger proved exceptional, showcasing well-balanced flavors and thoughtful preparation. Despite the casual concept, the kitchen demonstrates commendable attention to quality.
I would not hesitate to recommend this venue and could readily envision becoming a frequent guest.

Of course when in town I had to introduce Nebraska friends to the famous Peanut! First time at this location and it was definitely a huge success . Did not disappoint and I highly recommend it ! I had the BLT with an egg added with a side of sweet potato fries . It was awesome. Can’t wait to come back again soon

I was very disappointed in my experience at the peanut today. I got the grilled chicken sandwich, and I added avocado. The chicken had no flavor. I put salt and pepper, and it still was bland which was a disappointment ad it was listed as grilled. Maybe it was the thinness of the meat on the sandwich, but still was not very appetizing. It’s sad when the fries are the best part of a $15 dollar selection. My boyfriend had the Chief. The hot dog was so over done it had the consistency of rubber. The beautifully cooked egg on top was the highlight, and the only thing worthy to ingest. My daughter got the nachos. The meat tasted like the meat you would find out of a can, lacked flavor. She is a huge nacho eater, she didn’t even make a dent in the large portion. The Peanut has been a favorite of mine, unfortunately, I will probably not come back.

The best wings, hands down. Trivia nights are always fun. A consistent space that never disappoints with good service, fun atmosphere, and really good comfort food. This is our goto place on the way home from the airport.

Picked this place on a whim and it exceeded our expectations! Paige provided the best service and was friendly as could be. The BLT and Greek salads hit the spot with freshness, quality and taste. The 3 wings and fries was well worth the value and came out piping hot. The blue cheese salad dressing appeared to be house made and was full of flavor. The atmosphere was pub feel with cold beer and the adult cherry limeade goes down very easy. Plenty of TVs showing sports and two separate dining areas (one with high tops and the other with traditional tables). A small sidewalk patio are makes it appealing on a nice sunny days. Highly recommend if your in the area!

We went on a Friday night. It was packed but they still seated us in 5 minutes. TV’s everywhere to watch the big game. It’s very loud so plan on yelling. I got the Roadhouse. Burger with onion straws cheese and Barbq sauce. It was on Texas Toast. Delicious and very filling. The fries were decent nothing special. My daughter had the bird bomb chicken sandwich. Not sure what all was on it but it looked amazing. My wife loved her Chicken Cesar wrap. Service was phenomenal. Can’t wait to return.

We stopped at the Peanut after ball games. My old fashioned was spot on, and everyone in my party loved their food. Everyone there seemed to be having a good time. We really liked this bar.

Just moved to KC & I’ve heard so many raves about the wings here, so I decided to try them tonight. Do I think it’s overpriced yes? Was it good? It was decent. The only good part was the wings & the buffalo sauce honestly.
I paid $22.96 for 3 wings & fries & a side salad. The 3 wings & fries is $13 I think & the side salad was $6.50. The side salad is way too small & not that great of quality to be $6.50. No garden salad that size should be over $3 even. The wings were big & honestly, this the only place that sells the entire piece. The ranch was alright & the chipotle ranch wasn’t too bad. I did not like the tiger sauce. The packaging for the 3 wings & fries was great to try & keep the fries from getting drenched in the wing sauce, so major props for that. Definitely appreciate that the wings come with ranch (or bleu cheese) & celery since most places charge extra.
The confusing part was that when I ordered online, it gave me the option for pickup inside or curbside pickup. I chose curbside & on the screen, it told me to call once I arrived & someone would be out. I called & whoever answered the phone was a little rude & cut me off when I said I was there for curbside, letting me know they don’t do curbside. Whether they do or don’t is still not known to me, but the rude service continued even when I went inside. Even though this was my first time eating at the peanut, I had called the one in Mission earlier this week asking about employment & dealt with a rude girl on the phone. There’s multiple reviews for every single location that there’s rude staff, including this one.
Definitely didn’t dislike it, but I really just think it’s overpriced for what it is.
