Ordered a pick up. Great option for busy families! The chicken is cooked right there behind the register you can see all the yumminess! These are nice sized chickens as well. The pulled pork is soooo excellent

Quick lunch grilled meal, only in Florida. Can’t go wrong with quarter chicken yellow rice black beans. Try yuka or tostones or fried plantain, simply delicious. Don’t forget pollo pollo, cilantro and mustard sauce with grilled meat!

Every time I spot a Pollo Tropical, I can’t help but stop in. Hands down, the best chicken in the world—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and always delicious. This visit didn’t disappoint on the food.
The only downside? The bathrooms were downright filthy. Food is a 10/10, but the cleanliness in the restrooms really needs attention.

The food we got from Pollo Tropical was honestly very disappointing. The plantains looked old and poorly handled, and one of them even looked like someone had already taken a bite before giving it to us. That is extremely disgusting and unacceptable. We paid for fresh, properly prepared food — not this. I hope management takes this seriously because this should never happen to any customer. Great food, great staff, they all work hard. They all have amazing teamwork. Kindness, respect for everyone, no drama. Just an all around great place to work and dine. If you enjoy healthier “fast food” or you love great chicken, rice and beans or bowls definitely check this place out. Their food is yummy, healthy, quick, reasonably priced and did I say delicious?

I usually dont make reviews, but I promised Danny one of their managers I would haha. I became a regular there due to working nearby. They were always so kind and upbeat, they never messed up my orders, everything was always hot and came out quickly. Such a friendly atmosphere, I became a regular to the point where Danny the manager had known me by name, even by voice in the drive through (he is awesome!). Im sad I wont be working nearby and I wont be able to stop by as often, but this location does a great job with their food and customer service!

So when I was in line, I had to wait for someone to punch in, so they would be able to take my order, that’s how this all started. Then after 3 minutes, 4 minutes, the young lady took my order. Then 7 minutes later, I received it after Receiving, it took it home and I took the first bite super Dry and I took look and the chicken looked like it was leather, very dried out. I went ahead and called where I purchased the order and then they told me I had to go and download their app so I can get credit for next time around when I purchased my next meal.

I Ordered pick up at this location. They didn’t put any sauces in my bag that i ordered. No utensils to eat my mash potatoes and chicken with. Just a few DEI employees behind the counter that were listening to rap music. Not worth the money for sure.

I don’t have a pollo tropical where i iive so always have to visit one when I’m nearby. This was great. Staff were professional and friendly. Service was so very quick. Chicken was succulent. Hardest part is choosing which sauce because I’m going to run out of chicken before i can try them all!! And i don’t need more chicken! I was stuffed as it was.

The food is usually good/fresh, so no gripes about that, but trying to order it was another story. When trying to place the order, the person attending the cash register was having an extremely difficult time taking my order to the point where the manager had to step in to figure it out. Not a problem until the person who was preparing my meal took over. There’s clearly a language barrier issue here. She made the order completely wrong. Most likely due to not being able to read English. If you’re going to employ people who can’t speak/read English, adleast put the order up on the screen in Spanish so they can understand what they are making, or do them a solid and get them some schooling to learn how to read/write/speak it better.
