Social Profile:

Pummarola is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria. We serve pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, sides, and dessert, based on the original recipes of our dear Nonna Rosa. Our pizza is baked to perfection in our wood-fired ovens, built and imported from Naples, Italy, to achieve the authentic, fire-kissed flavor of home. Our fresh ingredients are also imported from Italy, from the savory plum tomatoes in our marinara sauce, to the Polselli flour in our dough. At Pummarola, we strive to create delicious meals and memorable experiences. Order online or stop by for dine-in, delivery, takeout, or curbside pickup. Check out our pizza making classes and catering!

I recently visited Pummarola and had a pretty good overall experience.

One thing I really liked is that you can watch them make your pizza right in front of you. They prepare it fresh, slide it into the oven, and it’s ready in about 7–10 minutes. While we were waiting, there were several to-go orders being called out, which shows it’s definitely a popular spot.

The food is fresh, which is a big plus. I ordered the veggie pizza, and while it was nicely made, it was a bit bland — it tasted mostly like tomato sauce on dough with just a few vegetables. The chicken pizza we ordered had more flavor and was more satisfying overall. Prices are reasonable for freshly made pizza.

The restaurant has colorful, Italian, pizza-themed décor that gives it a fun atmosphere. There’s outdoor seating available, and free parking in the shared strip mall lot, which makes it convenient. They also offer pizza-making classes, which looks like a really cool experience.

One thing to note: if you need to use the restroom, you have to exit through a back door and walk down a hallway shared by other eateries in the strip. You’ll need a code to access the bathroom door.

The staff weren’t overly friendly, but they were kind and efficient.

Overall, it’s a cool place to grab fresh pizza, especially if you enjoy watching your food being made right in front of you.

Amazing pizza joint, that offers nice outdoor seating, fresh, value and taste packed pizzas, pastas and more…

We got a cheese and a four-cheese pizza.

They are fresh, made to order, have a ton of condiments to throw in and tasty.

Some of the staff are really cool and are able to communicate in english and smile at you.

Some of the others come out rude and might have a haughty interface towards someone.

This pizzeria was absolutely amazing! The pizza was delicious, made with very fresh and high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. The service was fast, friendly, and well organized, which made the whole experience even better. Everything arrived quickly without feeling rushed. I truly enjoyed my meal and had a great time here. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza!

Went here for a group pizza making class. Our leadership picked the package where we got to make our own dough (and take it home), but then we were served Pummarola pizzas (and didn’t make our own). I believe there’s a class option to make your own pizzas too? Regardless, fun activity, and their pizza is fantastic. The direction on how to make dough aren’t as intense/detailed as the Mister 01 class, but this class is significantly less expensive than that one. Overall, great spot for classic great pizza!

Just had the absolute best date night at Pummarolà Pizza Midtown Miami — we signed up for one of their pizza-making classes with the incredible instructor Jerry, and it was hands-down one of the most fun experiences we’ve had in Miami!

Jerry was hilarious, super patient, and a total pro. He walked us through every step of making authentic Neapolitan pizza from scratch: stretching the dough (without tearing it… mostly ), picking the perfect toppings, and sliding it into that blazing 900°F oven. By the end we were high-fiving like we’d been pizzaioli our whole lives. And the pizzas we pulled out? Insanely good — blistered leopard-spotted crust, fresh mozzarella bubbling, sauce that tastes like summer in Naples. We devoured every slice.
My wife and I couldn’t stop laughing the whole time; it felt like a cooking show meets romantic comedy. Perfect date idea if you want something interactive and delicious. We’re already planning to bring friends next time!

Pummarolà nails that real Italian vibe — you can taste the difference with the imported ingredients and the wood-fired oven. No wonder they have locations all over Florida and even internationally. Midtown is our new favorite spot, but we’ll definitely be chasing that pizza wherever they are.

Highly recommend the class (ask for Jerry!) and the pizza obviously. Already counting down the days until we’re back. ❤️

Thank you Pummarolà for an unforgettable night!

We attended the pizza making class. Wanted to do something different while also spending time with my boyfriend, my brother and his wife. Hands down best thing we could have picked. We talked, bonded and made amazing pizzas!! The experience was amazing and Jerry was amazing! Made the experience so engaging and enjoyable. I was nervous but he got us right In and taught us step by step what to do. My dough came out sooo nice!! And the pizza was soo yummy. the best part was I got to take home the dough I made. Thank you Jerry! We will definitely be back. this was such a nice experience for any age. Kids can definitely enjoy the class.

Wow. Ok, never heard of this place. We were originally going to dress up and going.out somewhere fancy for NYE in Miami, but thankfully, Mark and I think alike, and the imagining and planning was enough..so, in workout clothes, we left The Underline basketball court and drove by this place on the way to our hotel, stopped, got out and ate. What can I say, WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWO. The pizza, the crepe, THE MEATBALL. The atmosphere, the service. I am going back. Listen, its freaking delicious!

Gluten free pizza base is too thick. Doesn’t seem to be freshly made. It tasted like a market purchased already made gluten free base. Not an authentic italian taste. Had to throw it all away
