We had a great experience at Applebee’s. This location was our second choice after Mazzy’s, which had terrible service and didn’t meet our expectations. However, this place was fantastic. The young man was incredibly helpful and straightforward with us about the food and drinks. He managed the bar and a few tables very well, showing great patience and flexibility. The food was delicious, except for a small piece of beard trim in the sour cream. I didn’t mention it because it wasn’t a big deal, and I wasn’t planning on dipping on it anyway. Overall, the service and food were excellent.

I ordered the 2-for-$25 meal deal through delivery, and everything was great! The food arrived hot, fresh, and flavorful — definitely worth the value for the price. At first, I thought an item was missing and reached out to guest services, but I quickly realized it was tucked under my fries (my mistake!). I immediately let them know to disregard my message, but just wanted to note that the service and food quality were both excellent. Bonus points for the extra meal I received — such a nice surprise! Overall, great taste, great temperature, great experience.

Service was great. Our server Brianna was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. I might just have found my favorite spot for baby back ribs. The meat was so tender and the seasoning was just enough. The meat was juicy and not dry like so many other places I’ve been to. I haven’t been back here for a long time and was very happy very everything.

First off, we were greeted as soon as we entered and were promptly seated. Our server, Tishma, was super friendly. She took our order and everything came out prompt and exactly as requested. She made sure we had refills and came to check on us a few times as well. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. I got a house salad and an appetizer sampler to share. The boys got the kids’ quesadilla and the kids’ chicken alfredo pasta. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the portion sizes were large, too!
The last time we visited this location it was severely understaffed, so the service, wait times (to be seated, to place order, to receive drinks and food, etc.) was excessive. Since I have visited this particular Applebee’s many times before, I wanted to give them another try before posting a review. This visit definitely made up for the bad on the last visit (different server last time). I recommend this Applebee’s location, we had a great time! Thank you again for the excellent service!

Great place, location and food. We were originally going to go to a buffet but something said let’s try Applebees. And come to find out they are running all you can eat special on 3 yummy dishes. Kids enjoyed, husband enjoyed, staff was super nice and helpful, I think the kitchen was a little backed up , orders took about 10-15 minutes , drinks about less than 5.

Our family really enjoyed our lunch with Devin as our server. He was prompt accurate and very friendly! The grilled chicken was amazing and the broccoli was steamed to perfection. ( I don’t like veggies)

My husband and I went to this restaurant tonight it was was horrible but the first time we went on Sunday March 1st the food was excellent the waiters was excellent the whole team was great but tonight it was not the food was not good at all the spinach dip was watery no cheese the chips taste stale my ribs came out cold to the bone my fries was not all the way cooked my husband began to feel sick after we left my sweet tea was not sweet and was hot and tart it was just a awful experience this night our first visit was daytime this visit was night time I don’t think I’ll be going back I wanna give Applebee’s another try maybe in another county

This Applebee’s was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The place is dirty, with chips on the floor and sticky tables. The server only gave half of us water, and the service was awful. We never got the item we ordered, and they charged us for a beer we didn’t order. The people at the bar were screaming, and the food was only okay. The steak was so chewy, I would never come back here.
