Service and atmosphere is great. I just don’t like how people can be when they get their food. They grab the utensil that grabs the food bare handed, highly doubt if they have washed hands, and they just throw it back into the food. only reason why I don’t want to go back.

Sooooo. I aint from the area but Mogolian BBQ is always a stop and try when away from the home base. Well this was not my first time here. On previous visits it was rock solid food, good pricing and good service. This last trip the food sort of dropped off and the joint was a little dirtier than I remember. The salvation was the service I received. I wish I remembered her name but she was a fair skinned gal, brown hair, probably 18 to 22 or so. She was accommodating to my jerk kids, refilled our glasses with out hesitation and was prompt for everything we asked for. The meat was just a little chewy this go around…. the veggies were a little withered… the coke was a tad flat. A1 on the service we got….. Be back in a year to try again.

To be honest I’ve been going to this place over the years and it really was amazing to eat at.
Unfortunately I feel it’s just not what it used to be and even more so now it’s expensive and overall not a favorite of mine to go to anymore.
Dont get me wrong, if you want a solid all you can eat, then this will do it. I just notice it really just has not done much nor is it really exceptional.
The food they put out is clean and good. Place is a bit dated, standard bumps and scratches in placed expected. Service is usually good and is a decent place to take the family. Just expect a good size check for it.

Totally disappointed. Pricing is outrageous when the bar is not stocked. Paid 19.00 when there was no shrimp, chicken, wasn’t offered a salad or soup. The sauce bar was a total mess. This is at 4 in the afternoon and not busy at all. I can see why this place really struggles.

I don’t plan on going back. The cooks need to pay closer attention and keep food separate alot better. If you do get there 10 to 20 minutes before 4 you might as well figure you won’t see your server till 4. If you go good luck

If you like the Mongolian grill experience you’ll enjoy this restaurant. The service is quick and the food is good. Some of the signage is wrong but just ask if you aren’t certain. Both of our kids thought it was delicious.

If you’ve never been here or to another similar Mongolian grill…. think Pancheros, Chipotle or Subway style of ordering, but meets Asian buffet. Yes, it’s Mongolian, but I’m describing it for others. It’s a long buffet of multiple choices of meet, beef, pork, chicken, and sometimes some seafood. Then you have Pad Thai, noodles, etc., and then a long line of veggies, and garnishments. Grab some beef and pineapple, water chestnuts, spinach, squash, broccoli, sprouts, etc., etc. Fill up to your hearts desire. Then at the end, a wide assortment of sauces. Many of which are all good all by themselves, however, you can mix and match and they even have suggested recipes to make certain flavors by combining them in certain amounts. Then you bring it to the massive circular grill where the cooks drop probably up to a dozen or so meals at a time on, and cook them up fresh right in front of you as you wait. The wait won’t be long, as they cook fast. The whole process goes pretty quick, aside from if there is a long line. Like what you got? Go get more of the same. Want to try something different, great, go mix it up, because the price covers all you can eat in that sitting. It may feel like a lot to choose from at first, but once you get the swing of it, which you will quickly do, it will be hard not to find meals that you like. It’s well worth a stop.
