live in Tulsa and I’m pretty picky when it comes to barbecue, but this place really impressed me. For a solid mid-grade BBQ spot, it’s one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The portions were extremely filling, especially for the price.
The service was outstanding—four different staff members checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed, from refills to anything else. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. And to finish things off with an ice cream cone was perfect. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

After reading the reviews, I think I caught them on a good day. My first time eating here. Got the burnt ends which were tender and sauced up. Brisket was moist and tender. Ribs had a nice pull off the bone, could taste the smoke. Okra was amazing.

I went through the drive through at this location, and I did not grab the name of the wonderful young lady that took my order, but she was fantastic!! She took the time to answer all of my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed. She was personable when I paid for and received my order at the window as well. If it helps in identifying her, so that she may be recognized for her hard work, she has a wonderful singing voice, as I heard it while waiting for my order, and I am so happy I got to hear it! Keep up the great work at this location!

I placed an order on the app and when I showed up to pick it up, the people were friendly. My food was ready and it was nice hot and tasty. We got the ham for Thanksgiving and it was so so good. Since we’ve gotten the chopped brisket and pulled pork and it never disappoints.

3.27.25: food subpar this visit haystack was bottom of the barrel think “long john silvers crispy bits” & barely lukewarm Chopped brisket & pulled pork more than normal pure fat chunks, had asked for lean. Brisket was chopped chunks & shred pieces. Rib was 1/3 fat – stray luved it! Maybe new kitchen help? There is new menu board…
Usually use drive-thru but inside is a nice change & has some tables for larger group if needed. Prices have definitely increased over last couple yrs so not cheap by any means. Food is always fresh, hot, high quality. If eating in there’s free crisp dill pickles can ask for & free choc or van ice cream for dessert or can pay for a cobbler. Small/limited salad bar available for extra charge. Unlimited free drink refills.
OK Sampler is a GREAT value w/multiple meats, 2 sides & a roll. I sub out link sausage for more pulled pork. Can easily get 3 meals for 1 person. Picky eaters can surely find something they like, lots of variety.

Everytime I order a drink it’s literally 90% ice. I take like 2 sips and it’s gone for a $3.90 drink. Do better.
