I would never suggest going here for a holiday. The waitress didn’t take care of us whatsoever. She didn’t bring my granddaughter’s food out till we were almost done. Then she brought it out wrong. Everyone’s food was cold. Nothing was served properly. Bread was last to come and we were almost done. Waitress never offered any seconds when we needed something to drink. She never brought our desert we had to ask. She forgot she said. The entire meal was single handedly ruined by the waitress. Did I mention it wasn’t that busy at the time. I give her a total fail
and the restaurant a fail for using her especially on Thanksgiving. Food wasn’t great neither. I will say not sure if it was because of the waitress or cook. My granddaughter wouldn’t eat her food and went hungry

We had a wonderful breakfast at Bob Evans today! It had been a while since our last visit, but we were so glad we came. Our waitress, Hannah, was an absolute delight—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. She made our experience even better with her kind and friendly demeanor. It’s rare to come across someone with such a natural gift for customer service, and she truly stood out. Thank you, Hannah, for making our morning so enjoyable! We will definitely be back.

Saturday evening 6:30 PM February 28 my wife and I entered this establishment. Looked like 4 waiter/waitresses standing around. We had to wait a couple minutes before even getting seated with no one ahead of us. Restaurant not even half full we finally got seated and just sit there and nobody came. They all just stood behind the counter talking. Never got waited on after 10+ minutes. It’s not like they was extremely busy. They just stood back there and did nothing. My wife and I just got up and left. Horrible place made us feel like dirt..

Service was great! Didn’t like the food! I had beef tips and lemon garlic chicken breast. Picture looks great! Pictures can be deceiving! Beef tips were well done and tasted like they had been warmed by microwave! Lemon chicken, texture wasn’t like chicken, only ate my food because I hadn’t eaten all day! Otherwise I would of sent it back and ordered breakfast!!

The server Sam was great. The food and the runners were not quite there. The eggs, missing food, pancakes were really dry, steak was cold, half of our biscuits had no meat on them. The kitchen is horrible and the food runner with purple hair was not very cool. Attitude was not there. Hey, at least the server was great.

I love everything about Bob Evans, and especially this location. It’s just cozy and homey feeling. The food is always fresh, hot, delicious, and plentiful enough to bring what’s left home. The staff are genuinely pleasant and make sure all your needs are met. And that caramel apple cider is the perfect antidote to a rainy fall morning. I love coming here any time I can; it’s a great way to start your day!

Awesome experience. We visited on a BUSY Saturday morning. It is evident that the young staff have been well trained. Sam, our server, was extremely professional, attentive, and personable. As well as other servers in our area.

I had my elderly uncle out for lunch today .We wanted to let The Florence Bob Evans team know that Our server Sam was amazing!. Very nice, knowledgeable professional always on the spot to refill our tea and coffee. Our food was very good and hot and was extremely Delicious today.Thank so much .

From being sitted By the Manager Jack due to all servers hand full of Amazing smelling food to Sweet Jaden our waitress. Again Awesome service.Keep the Great family friendly Atmosphere

It being my birthday.My elderly uncle and I had great service from Michelle and the cooks out did themselves today’s Food was deliciously amazing .My elderly uncle particularly like at the bacon.

Today My mother and I had amazing service from Parker and Janelle.We had a rough week with my father in hospital and my mother has MS with braces and other issues The greeter was very accommodating .The food today was Delicious and warm with the weather being a little chilly today.

Stopped in after work this morning and I must say, this is the best breakfast I’ve had in quite awhile. I ordered the Country Fried Steak and Eggs with a blueberry pancake. And everything was delicious! Also might have fallen in love with one of the waitresses. But the food was incredible!

We stop here every year on our way home from a Hamvention. It never disappoints. Good food, great service and always super clean. Highly recommend the Legendary Turkey sandwich and the Pot Roast Dip sandwich.
