It’s McDonald’s not great but not bad. The table that we sat at had an air conditioner vent right over it so it was pretty cold. They seem to almost always get our order right.

Only leaving a bad review because the hygiene is extremely questionable in this work environment. It’s definitely something that needs to be worked on. Employees need to be sure they’re washing their hands regularly. I’ve worked in fast food, I know the majority of places don’t wash their hands on the regular. Whatever. However I found a booger on the lid of my soda. A decent sized one. I was disgusted, ended up throwing the whole drink out. I called the store to explain the situation, expressed there was a literal booger on my lid that was not from me. Got hung up on immediately, which is another reason I came here. Not appropriate, not cool. I called them back again the second I was hung up on, a male manager answered. He seemed professional, listened to my complaint, and said he’d talk to who’s working. I hope the other manager sees this, and takes it as a lesson. She definitely needs to work on her professionalism.

The kids’ play area has been seriously upgraded since I’ve been here last (over a dozen years ago).
The ordering area has mainly self serve computer stations.
One of the kids meals had a skimpy amount of fries. It was very sad.
The ice cream was good. It was nice that the ice cream machine was working.

I love this McDonald’s. I get curbside all the time and the workers are the greatest! They are always so friendly and quick. Today I went in like normal and when I got home, I was disappointed to see the order was wrong. When I called in, they had already noticed the mistake and it was really no trouble to go back to get it. When I got there, the food came out quickly and the manager gave me a few extras for the trouble. They handle the interaction perfectly and saved my lunch. Safe to say I will always order at this McDonald’s!!!

Took the kid’s in for dinner date with dad. On more then one occasion This place has been absolutely disgusting! Kid’s playland dinning room is absolutely destroyed. Food and trash all over. Tables & floors are covered in food and trash. I moved out of the kids area off to the side dinning area and watched. In my hour and 20 minutes not a single employee cleaned, sanitized or took out any trash.

Was super cool to see a guy (staff member) wearing dangly earrings and 2 little girls (customers) with rainbow hair AND nobody gave a damn!
We just came for Diet Coke, and to use the bathroom while traveling through town…. so quick in and out!

Took 30 minutes to get through which is normal for a busy time. But I order a spicy mccrispy. Which I gotten many other times and its only ever had the spicy sauce and pickle on it. Now I order the same thing. Asked for light sauce no pickles. Which they did but there’s a whole bunch of mayonnaise, lettuce. And tomato on it. And every other time ive ordered it. It never had any of that on it. I also order an extra hamburger pattie. Just the patties didnt get that either.

Burger was so greasy that it soaked the box before my husband and daughter even got to it. It was disgusting. Their quality has went down terribly. My husband asked if they had fresh fries he was told no. He asked for fresh fries and wasn’t given them, they were cold. Their employees don’t really care about the quality of food.

Basic burger takes 5-10 minutes IF they don’t mess up your order and have to remake it, then remade order had a half full fry carton and was almost not even salted.

The only bad part was that i pooped my pants, now if you wonder yes i let it sit there. The manager was not nice about it he said” dont let it soil” but i wanted it to stay in mh pants all day so i jusr left it there. And then when i got home i grabbed it out my pants with my hands and placed it on mh neighbors yard and they just thought it was dog poop.
