Ordered 3 dozen for my family through the app/online and they didn’t get a single one of the dozens correct. Sent a report through the app and was issued a refund, so I changed this review from a 1 star to a 3 star. Donuts are still edible, just don’t match what they were supposed to be and I couldn’t open them/check before giving them to my family because I bought them for other people.

Oh my! Our staff gets so excited when the hot light alert comes across. I mean, what can be better than hot, fresh, delivered donuts? So many choices. This place gets busy, but they churn out the orders and fill as soon as they can! Krispy Kreme has been around so long, we cannot imagine life without them! Pricing is reasonable, and hasn’t changed too much over the decades with everything going up! Their glazed cannot be beat! The cake donuts are moist. Just delicious. ALWAYS!

Tried calling the store multiple times for a solution with no answer. Decided to reach out to corporate and they finally gave me a coupon code. However the coupon is only for in-store and assorted dozen which I can’t even use on the donuts I originally ordered

I am glad this place has not changed much since I last visited over 20 years ago. This has to be one of Akron’s best known landmarks and it is not hard to see why. The donuts were fresh and the whole place welcomes you with such a smell that can be best described as ICONIC. If you are in Akron and want doughnuts, this is the place you must come to!

Extremely rude staff this morning I don’t appretiate being yelled at because of confusion that I am unable to order the fall signiture collection through the drive thru and can only be ordered through the app. When asked if I could order the individual doughnuts still I was told I can order what ever I want only to be yelled at for ordering a biscoff cookie doughnut. I can see why your company as a whole has lost millions this year need to work on customer satisfaction and etiquette no reason you should be out of all your signature doughnuts at 8 am and definitely no reason to yell at customers.

I love Krispy Kreme. But this last time we went all we wanted was some frozen coffees and they said they couldn’t make them. Offered no reason. Our guess was because they were so busy. However, to me it’s not a liable excuse. Besides tht they’re normally great.
