Reviews
The food was well prepared and met our expectations. The potato skins were flavorful and did not disappoint, and the spiked hot chocolate was excellent—well balanced and enjoyable. Everything was served hot and in a timely manner.
After reading several online reviews, we were initially hesitant to dine here, but our experience was the complete opposite. As someone with a background in food and retail management, I can say the service, food quality, and overall execution were efficient and well managed. The concerns reflected in prior reviews did not align with what we experienced during our visit.
We appreciate the professionalism shown by the staff and would confidently return in the future.
Thank you Faith for an amazing experience while we are so far away from home!
During this time, she made comments like “long night” and “I’m not sure if we’re getting out on time,” which made it clear she was more focused on leaving than helping guests. When I finally stopped her to get assistance, she cut me off and said “We’re closed.” That’s it, that all! No smile, no “hey how are you”. No “how can I help you”. Nothing, but rudeness. No one had informed me of this, and I was there to pick up a to-go order. The to-go door is literally right next to the bar, and she clearly saw me walk in and sit down.
When I asked why no one had spoken to me, she responded with “I thought someone talked to you,” which simply wasn’t true. She continued helping the guest sitting right next to me while ignoring me entirely.
As I proceeded to get information from Zell (management) of the to go order, I inform him my issues as well. While exiting the restaurant, Christina proceeds to make smart slick comments about me behind the bar to Zell. She assumed I was gone. (Why is management even allowing their bartender to make rudely comments about guests in front of them anyway?) I turn around and ask her whats the issue. Why are these slick comments being made towards me because you’re tired and want to go home?! That’s when I proceeds to give a few nice words of encouragement back , hopefully she’ll learn how to be more direct next time!
To make matters worse, she refused to give her name. Another employee, Mack, stood by while I asked for a manager and also claimed I couldn’t be given her name. After waiting another 10 minutes, Mack then told me he was the manager, contradicted himself, and still made no effort to resolve the issue.
DON’T EAT HERE!!
From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. Our server, Katlin (I believe that’s her name—apologies if I got it wrong!), was an absolute rockstar. Attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, knew the menu inside and out, and had spot-on recommendations. The kind of service you remember for months.
Now… the food. Oh my goodness, the food.
I ordered the Burger ( cooked to a perfect medium-rare), and I genuinely haven’t had a burger this good in ages—restaurant or steakhouse.
My wife got the Top Sirloin It was incredibly juicy, beautifully seasoned, with that gorgeous char on the outside and buttery tenderness throughout. The baked potatoes were creamy and full of flavor, and that and smoky edge. I literally closed my eyes on the first bite and said out loud, “This is ridiculous… in the best way possible.” and she couldn’t stop raving about how fresh everything tasted.
Portions were generous, everything came out hot and perfectly timed, and even the little things (freshly baked rolls, real butter, ice-cold drinks) were on point.
I don’t know if the kitchen had a new chef, if the team was just firing on all cylinders tonight, or if we just got incredibly lucky—but this location absolutely crushed it. Best Ruby Tuesday meal I’ve ever had, bar none.
If you’re in the area and thinking about Ruby Tuesday… go. You won’t be disappointed.
We’ll definitely be back—probably way too soon
Daily specials that are advertised online are available, but not advertised in the restaurant, I had to ask. Has daily drink specials also. Both specials were a very good value.

Overall dissatisfied after the service. Oh no offers to refill the drinks.
