Was quoted 25 min wait. Was over an hour. Salad took 15 minutes to come ,then Food came out a couple minutes later. Ribeye was over cooked. Burger just warm. Didn’t send back because quite hungry after the long wait. Not happy at all with the experience

I took my brother here for his birthday. He was in the mood for a steak and suggested it. It’s his birthday who am I to argue. It’s lighter on the wallet anyway. Of course he didn’t pay. I got the ribs and Parmesan chicken combo with pan seared honey drizzled Brussel sprouts and a loaded baked potato. The ribs could have been cooked better, they were dry. And for the love of everything TAKE OFF THE MEMBRANE! The Parmesan chicken was excellent tender and juicy. I would recommend this dish if you don’t want a steak.

Terrible experience! I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a loaded baked potato. I had my husband call in and pick it up for me. They put all of the toppings in a 2oz cup and there was 3 crumbs of bacon and 1 chive. They did such a disservice to my food I had him go to Wendy’s to get me a different one. We will never order from here again.

Everything was delicious!!!! Great service. Our only thing was we wished we could have been placed at a better seat. The booth where we were seated was in an awkward area. Right by the Kitchen area. Other than that we had a great time.

Sam was most excellent and he had 2 other tables which were a nightmare. I appreciate his professionalism and patience given the uncomfortable issues he was dealing with at his other tables through no fault of his own. Some people shouldn’t be allowed out to eat. Thanks Sam
