Since I can’t leave a 2nd review under my original sign-in, here’s another review. AWFUL! I will never come back. Such incompetent ownership, management and workers. I was the only car at the drive-in. Ordered two Route 44s and a 12-inch coney…footlong hotdog with chili and cheese. Waited several minutes at the window and was asked what I ordered. Waited several minutes and finally got the Route 44s. Waited 5 more minutes and got what I thought was my simple footlong with chili and cheese. Please look at the receipt and see what I got…fries and one tater-tot with chili on it. I waited over 10 minutes just to get the wrong order. By the time I left, there were six cars behind me that had been waiting at least 7 minutes. As you can see, I got the same response like the last. Not the same Sonics I grew up with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Two times I placed my order and it was completely wrong both times. I paid $30 and never got a refund. I ordered 2 chili cheese tots, a cheeseburger and some cheddar peppers. The first time I received some pastry things, a chili cheese dog and a regular corn dog. The second order I placed to fix the first order, I received 3 some sort of wraps. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS STORE, IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

My order the night before couldn’t be served due to inventory shortages, returned friday afternoon, and had my order given to me for free, and in a size bigger. It’s refreshing to experience a place that took such pride in customer satisfaction.

My boyfriend and I ordered the SuperSONIC Bacon Double Cheeseburger Combo after waiting 30 mins. When we first pulled up to the speaker, we didn’t even get a greeting at all; no words were said for 10 mins straight. Finally, we got our order taken, and the person before us was still at the window waiting for their food. Also, employees have no common sense and don’t know how to talk to their customers. They blur out cuss words as he takes my order; mind you, we are speaking about the manager, and the employees had no clue what they were doing. And this is the bacon they gave me and my boyfriend on both of our burgers ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ FOOD WAS COLD & TERRIBLE.

Ordered via their app, which states when you arrive let us know which stall you are parked in. I did this and sat for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile an employee is walking around outside smoking a cigarette.
I finally push the famous Red Button and a grouchy voice says something…. I ask for them to repeat it. Was then told they only have drive-thru. Then why the heck don’t you block off the stalls or place a sign on each menu board stating this? And why didn’t smoking employee ask me what I thought I was doing sitting there?
I tell them I ordered via the app. Was told to drive around. I wait just a few minutes for my food. I’m given 2 cheeseburger coupons for my trouble.
Drive away, park a few miles down the road to enjoy my onion rings, cheeseburger with bacon and peanut butter as well as peanut butter & bacon shake. Only to find the onion rings are BURNT and most of them stuck together. When I got home I discovered not only were they burnt and stuck together, but the batter was RAW in the middle. Ugh.
The burger was GREASY. The shake, mighty tasty.
What really bites about all of this is, I was “cheating” on my 1.5 year long diet & maintenance and I had to drive to the other side of town, 25 minutes away. I’ll never use the cheeseburger coupons so they’re just scratch paper at this point
I’ll be hard-pressed to return.

Food was god awful. The fries tasted like they were fried in year old oil. They had no “potato” to them if that makes sense, hard as rocks. The burger had onions, which i asked not to have. Coneys were soggy. The only thing that tasted semi good, coming from a 4 year olds perspective, were the crispy chicken strips. But then proceeded to fake him throwing up afterwards lol….. can’t say we will return unfortunately

I wish I could give zero stars!!! We had put in an order at 9:52pm and had a 15-20ish minute drive over. We not only waited until nearly 11pm, every car that got there before us was served before us!! To boot they brought us another cars order. Saw a car pull off while we waited. We also could NOT cancel the order for a refund. To really wrap up potentially my WORST fast food experience the TWO DRINKS and CHICKEN WRAP sucked, and was not made correctly. Felt like we literally got pranked.

I had multiple issues on an order back in October and online customer service was no help. The general manager Aona reached out to me and has been nothing but helpful! She offered to remake my entire order to make up for the issues. I arrived this evening and spoke with her. The order remake was amazing and fresh. She is an awesome GM and I highly recommend this location!

When taking my order, the guy wouldn’t speak up. Didn’t bring me a fork for the coney i ordered, that fine. But when i girlfriend goes in to get one she comes out crying because they were making rude and frankly inappropriate comments about her. The staff also came out yelling and cussing. If this is how you operate then wow. The lady who brought the food out was amazing however. Only reason I’d ever coke back!!!

Waited an hour for two drinks. Order online and waited 20 mins then went up to ask. I was told they didn’t have my order and thought that was weird. One of the workers said it must of messed up and he’d grab them. We then waited another 20 mins and I had to walk up to the window they then didn’t acknowledge me. I had to go back to the car and hit the red button. I was then told “I talked to my manager and since we don’t see it you’ll have to pay for it again and reorder”. I then asked to speak to someone…he then forgot to grab his manager until I hit the button again. An hour later she came out to give us our drinks. Horrible service. We will never be back to this location.
