Wonderful specialty coffee house. I tried their Ethiopian coffee in latte form, they also offered Rwandan coffee.
The coffee was amazing and I also tried their chocolate orange scone. It was delicious!
I love strong coffee, the server was also really kind and answered my questions (it was my first time trying this place). Love the ambiance and interiors here, wooden and chic!

Good coffee shop with a nice selection of pastries. The ham and gruyere croissant was good, but would have been even better had it not been overheated. The latte was very good.
Service was fast and friendly. The space is rather dark with long communal tables, a big round table and a bench for seating. Outdoor seating is more pleasant if you’re there before it’s too hot out. They do have password protected Wi-Fi available for customers.
There is limited on street parking, but nearby garages there have free 3 hour parking so getting in and out is easy.

New FAV Coffee Haus in Denver! I just got back from spending three months in Spain where coffee is everywhere, but unlike here – there is A LOT of amazing coffee, I actually took to no sugar, just Cafe con Leche because it actually tastes good, though of course occasionally, you’d stop at a shop where they cafe needed some sugar. I researched for a spot that did their own roasting and sold beans. Then after reading reviews, decided to go grab a cup (cafe con leche) and a bag of beans.. and let me tell you – this coffee is NEXT LEVEL amazing! So.. while I’m here in the US and in Denver, I will be getting my coffee here! Also, if you haven’t ordered from them before, on their website they have a deal 20% off first order for subscribing! So.. grab a few bags, make it worth it! For the US it seems a little pricey, but for Europe their prices are actually normal, and worth it for the mold free, yumminess of their coffee! That’s all.. you can go back to what you were doing now! But stop by this place and grab a cup of coffee!! Additionally, they have a cool space, so you can also take your laptop and work remotely or study from here as well.. They also have outside seating #Bonus

Corvus will forever be my favorite place to get a cortado in the greater Denver area, and while I love their other selections, I have to admit I go for a simple and delicious oat cortado with a single origin espresso and one of their amazing Fox and Raven pastries nearly every time. just something about it hits right every time! while I would recommend everything I tried off their menu so far, their cold brew is also particularly delicious. definitely in my top 3 favorite coffee spots in this area and will miss them immensely if I move away haha!
I also love the decor/vibe of all 3 of locations I’ve been to, and baristas are always so kind!

Coffee snob here, this place is legit. One of the best in the country! Stylish spot with great atmosphere only to be elevated with incredible offerings. Seriously one of my favorite cafes ever. I’ve been to many!

Cute spot, I got an iced mocha and blackberry lavender danish. I will go back just to try the other amazing different pastries they offer. The mocha was great as well. Kept the coffee simple this time but definitely will be exploring more next visit.

Loved my experience at Corvus. Got the pour over coffee and it was delicious. My friend got an iced americano which was equally as good—not too bitter or acidic. The vibe was excellent and great for getting some work done. Also the pastry that we got was pretty excellent.
However, I must say the prices were very high. I expect to pay high prices at artisan coffee shops but this was especially high in my opinion.

I haven’t visited Corvus Coffee Roasters before and wanted to check it out. The shop is nice, staff friendly, service fast and the vibe was definitely good.
They have a good selection of typical coffee drinks, but also feature some unique ones as well.
I ordered a Dark Roast and a Strawberry Rubarb Scone. It was a beautiful day, so I relaxed at the outside tables.
If you are looking for a casual experience, with good service, coffee and food, I recommend checking out Corvus Coffee Roasters.

I knew they roasted coffee, and was surprised to find this super fun coffee shop near the DTC area that will make you forget all about St. Arbucks! Clearly a favorite hang out for techies and startup founders, the vibe in here just makes you want to break out your laptop and create the next breakthrough that will enable people to live better, healthier and happier. While I am not a fan of the prices that we are being asked to pay for a cup of coffee or tea these days, nor that we are required to pay more for healthier non milk alternatives, it is a sign of the times. We can either stay home and brew our own, or we can come to a place like Corvus and take a business tax deduction! For that last piece of advice check with your tax advisor. For advice on the quality of this place…you can count on me! #LiveRemarkably, #StevieGSuccess

The regular coffee was very good. Not super bitter, deep flavor, a wonderful chocolate-ish note, and an overall better taste than Starbucks. The food we ordered had a ton of flavor (look at photo) and the two baristas were very kind and knowledgeable. I’d definitely go back for more of that coffee.
