Ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with extra breakfast sauce and extra onions. I get the sandwich and it doesn’t have anything extra it didnt even have onions or breakfast sauce. I tell the lady at the window and she partly closes the wondow but you can tell she has an attitude about it. They tell me move up mind you there was noone behind me. Lady brings out the sandwich and it is burnt and tasted like salt was poured on it heavily. Never going back there. They even burnt my husbands egg on his bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

I meet a worker at McDonald’s in laurinburg and her name was brittany and she was the nicest person ever. She made me smile from ear to ear. This is why yall need to put a employee of the week to Brittany she makes people smile and she get along with everyone who she works with and the customers as well.

This might be one of the dirtiest McDonalds locations I’ve been to in a long time. The bathrooms were fine, but there were swarms of fruit flies all over the soda machines and tea dispensers. And a bunch of dead ones next to one of them. Oh, and all of the kiosks were broken. Horrible place. Go somewhere else.

First cancelled my mobile order for curbside. I then re-ordered for drive thru and it went through. Received our order and we’re missing 2 of our fries and apple slices for happy meal. Went inside and grabbed those. Started continuing our trip and then realized we didn’t receive 2 of our drinks either. We didn’t want to turn around, so tried calling the restaurant numerous times to get a refund for our drinks and no one picks up. Food quality wasn’t great either.

Stopped here on way home to oee and grab a bite to eat. Decently clean bathrooms, fast service for how busy they were and they got our order right. The manager was friendly, plenty of parking

Where do I even start. If you’re hungry in the morning time and am craving breakfast or just had a Kid at the Scotland memorial hospital. I highly recommend not coming to this McDonalds. They are rude very negative and rude. I ordered food on door dash and didn’t receive a whole meal of the two purchased in which was a bacon egg and cheese’s McGriddle meal. Being Understandable and it’s DoorDash I decide to leave the hospital and make a trip down to the McDonald’s where I was met in the drive thru with a rude employee telling me to come inside of the establishment abd speak with a manger.no problem. I park go inside stood there for about 15-20 minutes before I got to speak with a manger. I ask a lady packing the floor if she was the manger she says yes I shoe her the receipt and a video I got of the food before leaving the hospital. She very rudely says I need to take that up with DoorDash. I ask if I can just get a remake of the food since I have the receipt I get greeted with a rude No. I leave and was left very disappointed by the staff understanding that maybe it truly want there fault but there is two totally different ways to speak to people

I frequent there “ONLY” because of their coffee. I decided that I wanted just a round egg and cheese. The egg looked horrible, it was as if they took off of a steak bagel. I say this bcuz it was extremely dark with onions..

I asked for a large fruit punch no ice and was told they had hi-C I was like ok Im getting fruit punch and my grandmother wanted some coffee (they got that right but we pull up they hand me a large COFFEE cup with hi-C orange and as we’re confused we ask the guy upfront we asked for hi-C fruit punch and he said “yeah that’s hi-C” fruit punch is red not orange and he looked at us like we were dumb and even then my cup wasn’t even the right size since it was a coffee cup

No stir stick for coffee, Haven’t had stick sticks for months. No individual creamers were given cream in a cup, no spoons for oatmeal, used some plastic baby spoon. Server can’t count to 7 to give correct requested amount of sugar. Had to wait 5 minutes for them to make coffee while hot food got cold at 10:00 am. This is getting to be the norm at this location. Always something.

Sat in the drive-thru for twenty minutes for two deluxe QPCs, and they weren’t even deluxe as ordered. The crew seems absent and lazy, as they move around at a snail’s pace when doing anything. Not many of them seem to really care about their jobs. When placing an order or asking a staff member for assistance or even then bringing food out to the drive thru, they act like it’s the end of the world for them to have to actually do their jobs.
