I have never had a problem with cookout but today was different, opened my tray to find 4 small onion rings 3 chicken nuggets (it was a tender tray) and more fries then another food on the tray. Took away the frys and this is what the tray looked like, im very disappointed in this trip.

I had the worst experiences ordering at this cookout location. It was 3:00 in the morning and the cashier Damia berated us on the loudspeaker and told us to go eat somewhere else because we were having trouble with ordering off the menu and doing combo deals. It was probably one of the worst experiences that I have ever had and I will not be going back to this location again or any cookout for that matter. Went back in a different car about 15 minutes after that and ordered the most basic meal and she was still rude to us through the drive through and the food was mediocre. Would not recommend to a friend.

No complaints about the food but the service is disrespectful. Lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional. When I called to just let the manager know she just enabled her employees behavior. The manager also didn’t care for what I had to say she kept talking over me just to justify her employee. I was trying to explain the fact that I asked for a large her employee told me that was a larger. If a customer ask about some best kind of customer service would be to be like “oh we have a huge cup, would you like to pay for the huge?” But no i didn’t get that. I still never said anything even after I believed I didn’t have a large that I need to ask for the “huge”. Then the employee goes and says “you’re welcome” with attitude and closes the window. At that point I believed I was lied too and being disrespected. I called the restaurant and all the manager did was disregard what I said and I was just trying to explain to her what happened and she wouldn’t let as she was just talking over me then hung up! Very unprofessional! Very disrespectful! Very in titled!

A young white girl who was working on New Year’s Day around 4 PM was extremely rude and unprofessional. Before we even had the chance to ask for Cook Out sauce, she slammed the window shut and then stood there staring straight at us. After reopening the window, we asked for sauce, and despite us having placed a large order, she intentionally gave us only one and laughed as if being rude was amusing to her. Completely unnecessary and disrespectful. We were astonished by how rude she was so before even asking to get more sauce we just pulled away because we didn’t want to cause more trouble because asking for one sauce caused her a lot of it we assume.

We picked up food at the drive thru late one night. It took a while (probably 10 mins) to get to the window and then it took several more minutes of waiting at the window to receive food. That said, our order was accurate, and everything was solid fast food at a very affordable price. I think the walking taco is a new addition, and it was great!

We had been camping at Freeman Beach when we decided to stop in for some actual hot food before we headed the 1.5hrs back home. We all had sunburns to some degree. The food was amazing and hit the spot. The shakes were delicious and cooled us all down. Aside from the fact the female bathroom was broken and the male bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, the restaurant was hot and the employee kept having yelling matches with some kids, I’m assuming he knew from high school, we had an exceptional experience. The staff for the most part was professional, friendly and apt to fix any issue promptly. The food and shakes were exactly how we ordered it. Tons of options are available. We always get the Cookout Tray, tons of food for $5.00 is the best deal! So, many ways to order it between burgers, dogs, pulled pork, chicken sandwiches, quesadillas and the list goes on and on. I would highly recommend them! For a family of 7 adults we ate for under $60 which, included 6 shakes.
